Great service and super clean! I mean super clean. Arrived just after dawn and Genesis was our cashier. Before I could get my change, my coffee was in my hand. Uniforms in tact, food prep area was spotless, outside grounds were being meticulously maintained. Great job, especially after coming out of St. Louis! Whew! I still don't eat Micky D's but I had to give this one props!

Beautiful building, parking lot, drive-thru, curbside pickup area was nicely maintained, wheelchair accessible parking lot. Once inside, you can order at the counter, but there is a large monitor that you can use to order and pay for your order, which is very convenient. The restrooms are also rather clean. However, some of the items I ordered were forgotten, and the french fries were less than half the size I ordered.

Stopped by for the first time in this location and treated myself to a Big Mac meal. It has been well over a year since I've had a Big Mac and I can honestly say that it was delicious! The burger was loaded with Mac sauce and the fries were hot and salted to perfection. I will definitely be going back but you have to be careful, it's not the healthiest food around. Enjoy!

I come to this Mc donalds and didn't have any problems with it. But just thought they should make sure there aren't any fried bugs stuck on their nuggets.

Tried to get f r open coke. Machine not freezing coke. Was here in May and machine was down. Colored drinks working was told a part was ordered. Return trip and machine not working. Other drinks freezing. So will stop tomorrow and I hope by now frozen coke working .Ordered malt for my mother-in-law chocolate shake and was like chocalate milk not ice cream like this was around 3 Wednesday.Heard clerk tell someone that needed to get some shake .

I don’t usually have issues at this location given I live in JC. However, today was horrible experience. First: When arrive at the drive thru I was asked or told order when ready. Wasn’t really greeted. I had said,” it would be a couple minutes. The lady kept asking if we were ready yet and trying to rush us. Didn’t really repeat my order back and kept having to ask over and over. Second: The guy at the window how took the payments had asked if I was the lady that has the biscuits and gravy. I said yes, he said,” he did not feel like repeating my order even though he was unsure that was my actual order. Three: the original order taker from the speaker in drive thru was at the final window where you get your food and drinks. She handed my order very harshly to the point had I not been paying attention I would have dropped my stuff. She was very rude. Didn’t greet or have a smile or even say hi. They also did not fill the ice coffee to full even though we asked no ice. I work in the fast food industry as a manager myself, this type of behavior is unacceptable. Only reason this gets a 2 is because the food was decent.

There driving tough was nice and speedy, they did forget my fry's though. However it was not their fault because I updated my ordat the window. When I went inside after the fries I saw that the lobby was nice and clean, the cashier was friendly with a smile. And their sodas were nicely carbonated. 🫡😁

This was my first time here as I'm not from junction city. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I wanted a quick bite for the trip home so I just ordered a large fry to go. I didn't look at my order before I hit the road and was more than disappointed to find my LARGE fry was only about HALF full. If I hadn't been towing a car and on a schedule, I would have gone back and complained. Come on guys, you can do better than THAT!

Just visited this location and was told that they remove the drink filling station last week. So to get drink refills they have to ring up another drink order in the register, but you aren’t charged and then they give you an entirely new cup. So double the plastic waste?? Why?. No reason was given. Seems odd

This is normally my go to McDonald's in this town. Stopped in one night to grab a couple quick burgers before work. Stuck in drive thru for over AN HOUR waiting to get my food that I had ordered on the app. So I had already paid and couldn't just drive away. Basically held hostage by the drive thru line and extremely late to work because of it. No reason why on a Friday night it should take over an hour to get through 10 cars worth of people. Absolutely awful. Never have I been this angry with a fast food establishment.

Messed up my order. Ordered a McChicken got a McDouble. Had to pay for my sauces on my 10 piece chicken nuggets because it was the Mamba!!

I paid for my order as well as the car behind me. When I got to the window, they tried handing me both orders. I told them half the order went to the car behind me. They continued to hand me both orders and the manager told me to get out of my car and separate it myself.
