I
don’t
usually
have
issues
at
this
location
given
I
live
in
JC.
However,
today
was
horrible
experience.
First:
When
arrive
at
the
drive
thru
I
was
asked
or
told
order
when
ready.
Wasn’t
really
greeted.
I
had
said,”
it
would
be
a
couple
minutes.
The
lady
kept
asking
if
we
were
ready
yet
and
trying
to
rush
us.
Didn’t
really
repeat
my
order
back
and
kept
having
to
ask
over
and
over.
Second:
The
guy
at
the
window
how
took
the
payments
had
asked
if
I
was
the
lady
that
has
the
biscuits
and
gravy.
I
said
yes,
he
said,”
he
did
not
feel
like
repeating
my
order
even
though
he
was
unsure
that
was
my
actual
order.
Three:
the
original
order
taker
from
the
speaker
in
drive
thru
was
at
the
final
window
where
you
get
your
food
and
drinks.
She
handed
my
order
very
harshly
to
the
point
had
I
not
been
paying
attention
I
would
have
dropped
my
stuff.
She
was
very
rude.
Didn’t
greet
or
have
a
smile
or
even
say
hi.
They
also
did
not
fill
the
ice
coffee
to
full
even
though
we
asked
no
ice.
I
work
in
the
fast
food
industry
as
a
manager
myself,
this
type
of
behavior
is
unacceptable.
Only
reason
this
gets
a
2
is
because
the
food
was
decent.
