I was referred by one of my physicians to this barber shop he stated that the woman that ran it did a very good job. I contacted the location to ask some general questions whether they take appointments. They do not, walk in only. I also asked if they played music or what they had on. A lot of places have loud music. I don't like that! She informed me that she plays Fox News. For those of you that are interested, I'm letting you know she plays Fox News. This is not some place that I'm going to go because I don't think it's necessary to have to sit and listen to what I consider to be racist, rhetoric! And an intelligent business owner would play something neutral that would not offend anybody whether it be local news, do it yourself channel, contemporary music, even the weather channel. I certainly wouldn't put on something that could possibly offend a customer or drive customers away.

The cuts are half and half sometimes you get a mediocre one that makes you want to exist anymore sometimes you get a good one You're like all right. What really upsets me last time I checked I'm pretty sure you close your business at the hours it says then you clean up and go home you don't close 20 minutes early and not accept any customers and go home at the designated time of closing that's not a thing never been a thing. Especially at a business where it's kind of like a necessity to have a haircut with my occupation a AAFES isn't really looking out for their soldiers is it.

Not a bad place. The wait time sucks a little and the way they organize who goes when is a little messed up but overall I’m happy with my cut. 3 dollars cheaper than the PX barber.

Very friendly and courteous barber.... Only 2 stars because I had asked for a medium fade, ended up with a FLW special high and tight. If you are not one of the first in line upon opening, going to be a hot minute for ya..

Great price for the perfect cut. You get out of there with less hair on you than others barber's. The use a vacuum to collect the hair while cutting.

Quality is the best around, a one hour hair cut isn't, neither is waiting half a day to get a haircut.. I've spent more in gas driving there to find out there's already 6 people ahead waiting than actually paying for the service. It's been 2 months since I've been able to get in there. They truly need to hire more employees or bring back the appointment system. I've shown up before it opens and Theres already 5 people waiting, and I was 30 minutes early. Really hate to, but I'll have to stop going there since I can never get a haircut.

I 100% would not recommend this barber shop to anybody. They are the worst of the worst. When i first got there i asked for a medium temp fade, the lady then says fade okay, then cuts the whole side of my hair leaving patches and the sides uneven. Then when i tell her how i want it she says “i got a license in being a barber you dont”, just off of that i wanted to leave, I didn’t respond but I told her i want a line up and she says “your fine like this ”. If you can go to another barber then do as you will but you have been warned!!

When I got to the area about a year ago I checked out a few places until I found THE BEST IN TOWN! After first cut at Riffle's I became a regular. Jennifer is amazing at what she does and very friendly. You can't beat the quality of cut at her prices.
