Elli was such a doll! I came through after a LONG day of travel, and she took care of me so well! The food was awesome, and the overall experience was great, but I do want to say that she went above and beyond! I'm one to just eat and get out, and she understood that, I didn't feel pressured at all. And she was just so sweet, I got my food quickly and she made sure to check on me but didn't make me feel rushed. 11/10 service! I work customer service as well and know it's a fine line to walk between making sure your customers are OK and making them feel hassled, but she was wonderful! And she was right, the peach tea was delicious :)

Nothing was good on my order. Steak was completely raw from inside. I think what they did was just put the steak on very high flame and change the color of meat on the surface while the meat inside remains raw and uncooked.

My first time here! I was stuffed. Food were delicious and an excellent customer service indeed. You don’t have to keep calling our waitress coz she keep checking’ us from time to time. Feel bad I forgot to ask for her name. I have to bring my left over to go coz it was a lot for me. Will definitely drop by again and try other foods they have.

We usually order to go and pick up. We've had many VERY good experiences but last night was just not one of them. We picked up our order @ 5:20pm (food was ordered a couple minutes after 5pm), thinking they would have made new HOT food by then and gotten rid of the older lunch food. I don't think they did. The mac and cheese was old and congealed, the mashed potatoes were cold. And we always tip 20% or better on a pick up order as we did yesterday evening. I really missed the biscuits that they serve but they weren't put in our bag (had hubby pick it up and he didn't notice the no bread). Some of the food was good so 2 stars. I believe the bags need to be checked for accuracy before going out the door, even for pick up orders.

I tried to place an order, via phone, 35 mins prior to closing. Wouldn't take order over phone had to go inside to place order. I sat at the bar for 5 mins before bartender ended her conversation with a man at the other end of the bar. I told her I was instructed by ol'boy to come inside to place order. She corrected me, told me it was a woman on the phone, as if it made any difference. I placed my order. After all said and done she was nice. Food was great and I was hungry. Left her a 21% tip, for to go food. Everyone has a bad moment even me.

The experience and theme is pretty cool and nostalgic. The pancakes easily some of the best I've ever had. The store has plenty of memorabilia and other snack options to try along with its good menu. Went twice

Excellent tasting chicken fried chicken, strawberry lemonade drink and apple Cobbler with ice cream. Excellent tasting fried chicken 🍗 as well, how good, it's just as good cold. What makes the visit is not just the food but the fantastic waite staff 😀 that treats you like a local and not just another customer. Plenty of merchandise to pick from for all your favorite people.

We love Cracker Barrel!! Especially when we're traveling!! We will get there in time for dinner and get breakfast before we leave! Double whammies 😜🤤 I suggest chicken fried steak for dinner and blueberry pancakes for breakfast!! And their store has nice snacks as well. Had to support the homeland (Philippines 🤟🏼) There is a gass station near by and a Walmart just down the street. (For the travelers)

I was sitting outside with our pups waiting for my husband to finish a business call. This wonderful lady that works in the kitchen was finishing up her break and asked if she could bring the pups some water, then also brought out water for me too. It was so hot and humid outside that all three of us were super grateful for it. It might not be a big deal for other people but to me, small gestures like that make a big difference. We had been traveling for a couple of days and this just made our day. Thank you!

Wait time was long at tail end of lunch, only to find out they had a good number of empty tables. We got sat in an area that the server disappeared from. Dirty tables that never got cleaned while we were there. Another server (kimberly) close by noticed we were looking around and had menus. She came over and apologized and took our orders. We got our drinks and waited a while to get our food. The food was cold to Luke warm. Not a good experience this go round.

Is always a good meal. Even better when you have a good server. Chicken and dumplings had good flavor but seriously lacked the chicken part. Was very warm in dining area with the fireplace going. Decorated very nice for the season.

It's a cracker barrel if you have been in one you have essentially been in all of them. I do like all the novelty items that they have for sale and old school candies. And their holiday themed items are always nice. The problem is the food is just always okay. It's never bad but it's never amazing. I didn't really care for my Benedict and they do not poach eggs which is kind of a key component of a Benedict. Their hot tea selection is just one tea. Services usually good at cracker barrel's but this one it was just okay. Drink refills were lacking.

Haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years, since 2015 I think after not being able to stand a smell. This location changed my mind. Absolutely loved the food and picked up some cute outfits for my niece!

We didn't get sweet potatoes. They didn't offer the baby pie. The food is always mediocre. The service was terrible. Had to go into the kitchen to ask her for dinner rolls. I got a kids meal. They charged me for an adult meal. I didn't order kids meal by the way. That's just what I got

Went with a coworker, he enjoyed his chicken fried chicken. My combo of steak tips, chicken strips, and shrimp was cold. The shrimp was fine but the other two were bland and not the best. The service was good but I would not recommend.

Horrible service. My daughter and I went for breakfast and waited for over an hour to get our food. We were told that because IHOP was closed that day so the kitchen was behind. No, I don't accept that as an excuse because they were bringing out all the to go orders and not getting the dine in orders out quickly. I said it doesn't take over an hour to make pancakes and eggs and their attitude was it didn't matter. We walked out due to never getting our food. Later in the evening we decided to give them a try for dinner and this time we were seated quickly due to the the restaurant not being busy. I saw staff standing around and goofing around and not paying attention to the customers. We thought the waitress we got was going to do us right because she took our order and seemed efficient but it turned out she wasn't and we were very disappointed again. We were finally served our meal and our drinks were never refilled. We asked for a glass of water and never got it. I saw a man walk in and wait to be seated and he was never acknowledged. He literally walked over by the kitchen and he was never asked if he needed anything and 4 staff walked right by him never saying anything or looking at him. He eventually just left. I was so unhappy about the whole day and my daughter and I said I guess it wasn't meant for us to eat at Cracker Barrel at all.

5 stars for our waitress. Don't remember her name but she was tattooed and had facial piercings. She was amazing!!! The manager was not helpful at all after we waited over an hour for our food. There were people coming in after us that got their food in 15 minutes or less. The manager just kept saying she understands but never went and checked on our food or even came back to our table to update us. She did yell at our waitress for no reason. Definitely a terrible experience.

Always clean and friendly. It's pretty loud, prices are fair, and food is good. Only "downside" is you have to be prepared to wait awhile for your food.

This restaurant is a favorite of ours. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. I love their country store and almost always leave with a little something extra. They have quite the variety of things to choose from in the store and on their menu. Typically there is some kind of new dish or special food/drink each time we visit, but you can also always count on the classics. It's a lot of food for a good price. They are open until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday which makes it a great option for those traveling or wrapping up a busy day. We have never felt rushed while eating. The bathroom is generally clean and well stocked.

The staff is super friendly. We camped our RV overnight and had dinner and breakfast. Tasty food, quick service. As always the merchandise in the store is adorable.

We have eaten here for several years and always had a good experience. My wife and I stopped in here on the 26th of July to have breakfast. We both decided to have the strawberry cheesecake pancakes with bacon and eggs. We both like our eggs scrambled and not soft. When our food came out my eggs were cold and my wife's were undercooked. Being as I was very hungry I ate mine anyway and when our server came back she asked if hers could be cooked more. When the eggs came back they had been way overcooked and was actually like rubber. My wife was disappointed and just gave up and the eggs at that point.

There was a wait for seating and very long wait for food. Our server never checked on us and our food was cold by the time we got silverware. The manager made a comment that made it sound like we were in the wrong for not bringing up problems with the server that was mostly absent but was nice enough to give a bit of a discount and apologies. The food we got was good enough even though it wasn't all right or warm.

Me, my husband and mother-in-law stopped at the Junction City Cracker Barrel for lunch, Our server was Daniella, and she was beyond amazing. They were a little busy, which is expected, it was lunch time on weekend, but she still provided excellent service. My mother in law doesn’t see that well and was having trouble reading the menu, and despite being busy Daniella took her time and was patient with us while she was ordering. Food was hot and amazing as always. Our only complaint was that our hashbrown casserole portion was very small (we love that stuff) but no big deal. We don’t come through Kansas often, but if we are passing through again, we will definitely stop at the Junction City Cracker Barrel and request Daniella to be our server. Keep up the great work, Cracker Barrel! And thank you Daniella. :)

Got there around 08:20/30. Waited a while to be seated, then like an hour for food. Didn't get food until about 10:30, by then it was past my kids nap time and we barely ate. I assume they were understaffed. The waitress and hostess were very kind, the hostess even brought my kid a fresh biscuit because she noticed she liked the biscuits. Great service, just took a very long time to get food

Being a Sunday afternoon and everyone wanting to go out, I waited for my turn. Everyone working here was so friendly and made my experience fantastic. Once I got to my table, the waitress was so helpful. With the place so busy and them being short staffed didn't faze her at all. She treated me as if I was the only person she had to deal with, it made for a wonderful breakfast. Now the food, delicious and filling. I had two eggs, hash brown casserole, 3 strips of bacon, biscuits and gravy, and all the coffee I could handle. Best Sunday meal I've had in months.

What is my favorite on the road meal place? You guessed it! We enjoyed a lovely mid day meal here before heading back to Kansas City. Hubby had breakfast and I had the meatloaf dinner with sides. He was very pleased with the new season flavored iced tea. When I commented on the jewelry our waitress was wearing she told me about the 70% off sale in the store. I traditional walk the store after eating for the exercise, helping digestion, before the long ride again. So when she mention the sale, I was ecstatic. Bought some pretty things, along with some edibles to take home and a dress for my daughter.

Did not eat. I spent $40 and got 2 outfits for my granddaughter and 2 shirts for myself, a hat for my son and 3 notepads.

It’s always a great experience always get great service. Everyone is super polite, today in particular we had a great services from our waitress (Gabby) and the manager. My son accidentally wedged his finger between a chair 🪑 and scraped it a bit nothing major but we asked our waitress if we could have some Ice and she quickly got the manager. The manager gave us some ice and politely asked if we needed anything else. Just thought 💭 it was very nice that they care so much about their customers. Thanks everyone for being so nice 😊 made my day.
