The ENT doctor and audiologist both did their job fine and am happy with them. They billed me for the entire office visit even though my insurance covered 100%. I had to call back the billing department 2 times before they refunded me my money. When I asked why I had to call to get my refund sent back, they told me they have too many accounts to keep track of which ones have a credit, and I would need to call back for them to check if I had a positive balance.

They don't know how to bill insurance properly - much easier to keep asking the customer to pay when they have a perfectly adequate insurance plan.. Went to a collection agency lol. Also didn't do anything to help my hearing loss. Save you time/money and go elsewhere.

My experience was superb. Don't think these other reviews are totally fair...cannot equate whether doctor's treatment should be reviewed with insurance issues. This is a very busy sought after practice. All I know is that I am in a health profession, and I could not have been treated better or with more kindness or expertise.

Not sure but I think this might be a business set up to "process" people that complain about the noise that they are hearing from the new 5G antennas that have been put up all around town. Zero stars.

Had an appointment for Dr Vris after waiting 3 months for an appointment for a clogged Salivary gland that has left a lump in my throat. After finally looking forward to my appointment I was told that they have to reschedule my appoint for 3 months later. Frustrated but patient to get this fixed a week before my appointment I receive another call that they have to reschedule my appoint again. I ask how do I know he won’t cancel this one? They then proceed to tell my that he won’t be the one seeing me but his PA. Are you kidding me? You make me wait 6 months with a lump in my throat to put me now with a PA……. FU to this office . Thanks for giving me a run around for 6 months. I could have gone elsewhere. Thank you for wasting my time. Horrible business
