Amazing store, amazing staff and amazing owner. Not sure where to begin but J-Town is by far one of the best bike stores in Florida. Customer service is second to none, staff is knowledgable and very down to earth, they do not pressure you on making a purchase rather help you in making the right decision. The store focuses more on customer service and just having a conversation with you than trying to sell you something. The store has a vast variety of accessories to chose from as well as bikes. Techs are fast and cordial and Jeff the owner is a great, understanding individual who truly cares about his business and his customers. I have read some of the negative reviews others have left and I truly do not understand why anyone will take their time to leave such hurtful comments based on lies. I highly recommend this shop and its staff. They are always available, they are educated, they are professional and they treat you with the utmost respect. My brother, my sister in law and my wife have purchased bikes at J-Town as well as a handful of accessories and we are extremely happy with the service and the way the store does business. Pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Went to J-town bicycle for a quick repair, thought one of the parts on my bike had been bent when in fact it just needed to be re-aligned and tightened downs. The guys at J-Town immediately tended to the issue, fixed it for me within minutes and refused my offer to pay. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore. Honest, high integrity work and employees at J-Town bicycle for sure. I’ll definitely be back for all my cycling needs

Great service. Walked in the other day with a broken chain. Expected to leave it there for a few days. Even though it was busy that day, they put the bike up on the lift and fixed it right then. Friendly and caring staff. The best bike store around.

J-Town has been keeping my family and I rolling for years with new bikes and great shop service. The service crew is always busy, however, they usually surprise me and call me back quickly to come get the bike as it's ready to go. I like that quick turn around service. I recently purchased a Specialized Turbo Levo through J-Town and this new bike has made riding trail an absolute blast. There are no days that are too sandy, too hot, too windy, too cold, or too wet. Every ride on this bike is awesome and a blast. Jeff and his crew completely set the bike up custom for my height, weight and riding style. I was able to just jump on and start having fun right away. I am happy to buy bikes and have service done at J-Town they care and put back into the sport by maintaining trail locally and putting on fun events. Thank you Jeff and J-Town crew!

Just purchased my new Scott Spark 960 from these guys and they are great. Sara was a fantastic associate and answered all my questions. I shopped many bike stores before finally selecting this one. They not only won me over with the bike but also the service. I didn't feel like just another customer, everyone in the shop was attentive at all times and took the time to answer many of my remedial questions. Sara you are awesome!! J-Town Bicycle tuned up an old beach bike that had been sitting in my parent’s garage with just as much enthusiasm, friendliness and efficiency as they would have had for a high end racing bike. Jeff took their excellent customer service to a whole new level when he rescued us with a flat tire. After skillfully repairing the tire, he sent us on our way, along with some fun local tips. Thank you Jeff—you made our day!

Just got home from having my cousin's bike looked over. It's a loaner and the tires were flat- my cousin suspected whole new wheels were in order. Rob couldn't have been nicer. He inspected the wheels, tweaked them a bit, added air, and helped me to work the quick release. Thanks, Rob!

Great local bike shop. Been here for 25 years and run by the same owner that whole time. More bikes on the floor and ready for sale than you find in a typical bike shop. Good staff with plenty of mechanics ready to tune your bike and get you back riding.

I’ve been buying bikes and having them serviced here since I was a teenager and I cannot believe how I was just treated. We brought our son’s bike in for an adjustment but they didn’t fix the problem, they handed it back to me exactly the way I brought it to them, the second try they said it was “as good as they could get it “ but it still wasn’t fixed. Then they tell me for a few more dollars then what they charged me to do nothing they could have put a better derailer on it but didn’t tell us at the time. The guy even acknowledged they failed to inform us of the better fix then wouldn’t do a thing to make it right even after I told them I’m a local and lifelong customer of theirs who has purchased multiple bikes from them and sent customers their way for years telling people how great they are. Unbelievable.

We have been to J-town Bicycle shop several times over the past year or so. Each time we go we are super impressed with customer service. They are attentive and friendly. The advice that they give is superb. We have purchased a bicycle there and I’ve had another bike serviced several times. I would highly recommend them if you’re either in the market to buy a nice bike or to have one serviced. I brought my bike in the other day for what turned out to be a relatively quick service issue and they fixed it on the spot. Just so amazing. Everyone of the staff has been incredibly helpful. Love this place!

I bought a bike a couple weeks ago and realized the brakes were giving me some issues. I took the bike back to the shop and couldn’t seem to get the issue corrected. After speaking to the owner, he offered to come pick up the bikes and have them worked on at the shop and bring them back to me which was very convenient. Upon receipt of the bike I was very pleased to see that the issue was fixed. The owner Jeff was a really cool guy and I’m glad I got to meet him.

Jeff and his team are the best! Made the mistake of buying a kids online and it was junk. Real quality bikes, knowledgeable friendly staff and a local Jupiter small business. Highly recommend!

On the first day of our camping trip, a tire on one of our electric bikes went flat. Mike immediately found the problem and fixed it. The inner tube was twisted and torn. He replaced it and even adjusted the brakes for a nominal fee. We would recommend J-Town to anyone. Just wish they were closer to our home!

Super kind guys there but I hope people see this review and GO BUY A BIKE! They're a wonderful shop and can really use the business right now, and you can walk away with an amazing escape into two-wheeled wonder!
