Honestly love this place but had a bad experience with cashier today who overcharged me. I order all the time I know how much I pay. I didn’t get ‘extra’ but yes I did order guacamole & queso(sooo good) I knew I was being overcharged & said something but you could tell she didn’t care & honestly I’m on lunch break and had to get back to work. So I paid and left and proceeded to eat the wrong burrito that was labeled incorrectly. She used same utensils to mix all three burritos up so I had jalapeños in mine when I didn’t order them. Whatever not a huge deal just pay attention so you’re not over paying or if you have an allergy make sure they’re changing utensils out

Foods is good. But dont order online. Consistently skimping on the foods if you paid for extra. At one point I was even in the store early before my food was done, and heard the employees joking about how they aren't going to give extra that was paid for.

This place is not gonna last with the small portions! Its pricey and The taste is not that great! Chipotle is way better!

I ordered a steak burrito bowl to go. No complaints with the portion size! It’s like a customizable Taco Bell and you build your own bowls, quesadillas, burritos, etc. The quality was good and it was inexpensive. If you want more “upscale” definitely go somewhere else.

3 STRIKES YOU’RE OUT! Ate here twice in the past and it was filthy and teenagers working the line couldn’t care less. My girl and I decided to give them a 3rd try…what a mistake. Restaurant door says it is open until 11PM on a Friday night…it’s 8:30PM and they run out of rice so we work around it and place our order. We get to our seats and a girl comes up and proceeds to tell us that “since they ran out of rice… they will be closing early and we have to “eat outside or take it to go.” This place just needs to close its doors and let a REAL restaurant have that space. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’m obsessed with Pancheros! Amazing burritos, amazing vibes, everything is fresh and delicious. I’ve been here a million times and it never disappoints! I highly recommend! Also, check out their rewards app, they always do promotions and give out points and free burritos (big companies like Chipotle are never this generous to their customers). I love Pancheros!

The 3 guys working at 745 on Aug 26th 2023 are obviously on drugs. Took 5 minutes just to put on gloves cold pressed the burrito didn't have rice or beans and told me it's ok we just ran out as if they don't close for another hour and fifteen minutes. They made my wife's burrito with all the compassion of Joseph Stalin and threw some water the called queso on top of it. I paid for my wife's burrito but cancelled mine and my sister's orders. They weren't even apologetic about the ordeal and instead just stared at me with bloodshot eyes when I asked if they were planning on making more rice and beans. I wouldn't recommend pancheros to anyone anymore and I used to make it a must eat place whenever heading to west palm beach its unfortunate but I won't ever go back

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 11 OCLOCK PM. I AM SO ANNOYED BECAUSE THEY LOVKED THE DOOR AT 8ISH AND DID NOT LET ME IN. I EVEN KNOCKED ON THE WINDOW, I WAS IGNORED. THEN I CALLED, GUESS WHAT, NO ANSWER. I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TI GET CHIPOLTLE. GET YALLS LIFE TOGETHER.

So, We drove to pick quick salsa. ( October 29,2023 ) were about to close at 9 and we showed up at 8:40. I understand if restaurant don’t want to take last customer. But They saw us knocking on the door. Looked and continue to ignore and disrespected us the foolest. I stayed and keep knocking just to tell them that I no longer want food but what about such disrespect? Still no eye contact and total ingorance. I work in retail and all they had to do was to wave hand at me they are closed or something and I would of walked out. Not only they lost loyal customer but pathetic service by these servers. Don’t drive there - service is not wirth it.

Only reason I come here is for their Quesadillas which are the best I've ever had. Why they are the best? Because of the great protein and the freshly made soft tortillas. No where else could make tortillas fresh as Pancheros. I am from Miami in the Kendall area and we used to have a Pancheros years ago when London Square shopping center first opened up and right next to Five Guys. It's a combo made from heaven just to have the best burgers and fries plus the best quesadilla. Sadly, it closed down due to lack of business since it wasn't a known chain here and majority of the area go for Chipotle Mexican Grill. I die as a happy man if we open up another Pancheros, at least closer from where I live. For now, I find every chance I get to have my Pancheros fill whenever I drive up north. It's well worth the trip.

This place is a gem for delicious food made fresh and fast! Staff is awesome their always friendly and upbeat.... the queso is delicious with the pork quesadilla

Someone once told me that this place was better than chipotle’s. At that time I was going to chipotles at least once a week. I laughed. Then I went there and found out it was true. This place smashes chipotle’s. All the burrito shells are made fresh from a lump of dough and expand right in front of you. Extremely soft and spongy. I never go to chipotle anymore.

I use the app, which is very convenient. However, I often try to use the app only to discover that this location has closed early. I just tried to order at 8:10. It is supposed to be open until 9:00. I called. They said they closed at 8 tonight. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This place was highly recommended. The food was really good and homemade tortillas were a great change from other restaurants. 4 tacos, two beers and some chips and salsa, $27. Not bad. Will definitely try again.

Was not impressed with the quality of food, the quantity was there for sure I just didn't care for the food.

Small portions, food is luke warm (bowls). Tables and dining area are absolutely filthy. I have seen ants all over the benches. The young adults working here need adult supervision

I normally love Pancheros. But my most recent visit was horrible. The service was so slow, the people working behind the counter did not appear to be in a hurry at all. After finally getting food, they sloppily threw it together with poor portion sizes. Once I got the food, all the tables were disgusting and had to wash a table myself. Gross!

This used to be a great spot for a supreme supreme steak burrito but the last month or so they've had no red hot sauce the "flavor Volcano brand sauce". Kid working behind the counter didn't sound like you're gonna get any. That sauce is what separated you from the rest That's what brought me in to eat there unfortunately now I won't be eating there
