If I could give a lower score I would. We had to cancel bc our nanny was sick and she charged us a full fee even though we called her and let her know we couldnā€™t come. She just cares about money! Not a good woman. She harassed my husband for the money then illegally charged his card. Not professional at all and only cares about money. We had a couple sessions and they both seemed to be focused on her own issues. Would never recommend her to anyone.

I also didnā€™t want to choose a star but have no choice. She screamed at me on initial visit bc she didnā€™t believe I wasnā€™t eligible for a certain government program due to being self employed. She just screamed , ā€œdo it, do itā€ , so I did and why I made another appointment is insane so on second appointment she also screamed, ā€œwhy did you do that I told you werenā€™t eligible, why did you do that, I told youā€. Then said she made me another appointment for next week, I cancelled. She said, ā€œ I donā€™t give a f%%% if you come in or not and hung up. So if youā€™re into crazy, here she isā€¦.I regret the 1 star.

My sister in Palm Beach Gardens has severe PTSD, depression, anxiety and is even hurting herself and had made an appointment with Dr. for therapy on a Sat. So I could be at the appointment with her. I LIVE IN PITTSBURGH and flew down their last minute so I could be a part of this appointment. My sisters husband checked with the office to make sure I would be aloud in the appointment before I booked my flights. They said yes. The Dr. called on Fri. And said she canā€™t come to the office anymore so sheā€™ll have to talk to my sister over the phone! I said I flew down her to be a part of this and that was approved ahead of time. Also their is no way to evaluate someone over the phone. So then she said we could skype. Then she calls back right before the appointment and says me and my sister husband canā€™t be a part of the appointment unless we give her both of our insurances so she can bill them! We were never told that when this was first scheduled! We did not give our insurance. Their wasnā€™t even enough time to. Then she wouldnā€™t let her skype to make sure we couldnā€™t participate!!! It was a total waste of time. She was not concerned for my sisters appointment at all. Just selfish and probably just got an offer to go somewhere that Sat.

Absolutely horrible. She is so cold hearted. Impossible to open up to. Should not be working in this profession. Has no empathy. It seems very strange to me that all of the positive reviews are written at practically the same time and with first and last names included.

My experience with Dr. Goodin was truly awful. Rude, obnoxious, gave me terrible advice, told me that my medical symptoms from a devastating illness weren't real. All around bad experience. My advice: avoid this person like the plague.

Dr. Tina gets it! She is a meticulous listener, cares deeply about her clients, and helps her clients work out issues other clinicians cannot. Dr. Goodin listens very carefully and hears between the lines. She is exceptional because she does not sugar coat what she says and she does not tell me what she thinks I want to here.

This woman does not care if you are a child or an adult, she will say terrible and mean things either way. I am still healing from her terrible advice and i wish I never went to her.

I saw Dr. Goodin several times, seemed ok at first but her behavior became very odd. Last year I needed my records from her to submit for disability insurance, and it was a time sensitive matter. For several weeks she would not respond to my voicemails, texts, or emails. I had to call receptionist at the Jupiter building her office is in to track her down. When I finally reached her to request records she scheduled a time one evening to meet at her office in WPB to get the records. I arrived just prior to the scheduled time after driving thru rush-hour traffic. I spoke to a guy in a neighboring office trying to see where she may be, he seemed annoyed and didn't have nice things to say about her. She was about 20 minutes late, barely looked at me and walked by. I followed her back to her office and she scolded me for not waiting for her to be ready to see me. It was really bizarre, I assumed I was just picking records up from her. Come to find out she had no records whatsoever, so she had me sit for 40 minutes going thru my calendar to provide dates of past sessions and summarize to her what we had discussed. Then she said the "fee" for records was $100 and I had to pay her at that time. Then had the nerve to ask about billing my insurance for this "session" and I said it made no sense to charge me $100 and bill insurance just so I could get records I am entitled to. She said never mind, cut me off and said "I'm not going there with you" as if I'm being unreasonable. I was justifiably upset by her rude and unprofessional behavior. It took about a week to receive the worthless notes she typed (3-4 pages), and I ended up having to provide a cover letter explaining them to the insurance company. I later found out there are laws that limit how much can be charged per page, so it should have cost no more than $5. Absolutely disgusting to shake down a patient dealing with chronic illness like that. There is something so off with her, I wouldn't recommend for anyone to see her for therapy.

This is by far one of the most professional women I have ever done business with. Dr. Tina helps many people on a daily basis. She takes her time and makes the client real clear of the contract and agreement. I reccomend her to all my family and friends. 20 Stars
