Unexpectedly,
the
customer
service
experience
with
SK
has
been
disappointing.
Despite
being
loyal
customers
for
an
extended
period,
our
preference
for
SK
in
gold
and
diamond
purchases
has
waned.
Following
the
acquisition
of
a
gold
bangle,
assurances
were
made
by
the
sales
representative
regarding
comprehensive
after-sales
service.
However,
after
six
months
of
use,
two
screws
dislodged,
causing
discomfort.
Despite
initial
promises
of
a
two-week
repair
period
with
notification
upon
completion,
we
endured
a
delay
of
over
three
weeks
and
had
to
visit
the
shop
ourselves,
only
to
discover
they
had
forgotten
to
inform
us.
Furthermore,
SK
proved
incapable
of
repairing
their
own
product.
Attempts
to
exchange
the
item
were
thwarted
by
complex
conditions,
such
as
being
limited
to
double
the
quantity
and
facing
restrictions
on
selling
back
to
them.
These
unnecessary
complications,
devoid
of
practicality,
reflect
a
disregard
for
customer
value.
Regrettably,
SK,
we
will
no
longer
be
patrons,
and
we
intend
to
inform
our
network
to
choose
a
jewelry
store
that
prioritizes
service,
empathizes
with
customer
sentiments,
and
delivers
excellent
service.
