Recommend to try out this stall which is famed with its Crispy Yong Tau Foo coated with the right blend of chilli and sweet sauce, alternatively you can try the soup type ( add on: noodle etc) or even with Laksa gravy spreading over the Chee Cheong Fun. Excellent combo of crispy & crunchy stuffed Yong Tau Foo with moist & smooth Chee Cheong Fun, a must try for those who love Yong Tau Foo, as breakfast!

Don’t get mixed up with another Yuhua market, this one is Yuhua Village. There are variety of eatery especially morning, Xiang Ji Porridge is a 2nd generation - - try them when here will never regret. There r two wanton noodle facing the road - very good. There roast meat & duck, chicken rice, Mee Pok, Malay food - very good. And a whole lot of eatery, the famous Zai Shun is here next to the market. Tiong Bahru boa is also here. Plus after breakfast walk around medical hall, barber, spa, hardware shop, bread shop & many.

Many stalls here… unfortunately more than 2/3 were closed at 6:30pm on a Sunday. The carrot cake stall, fish bee hoon stalls were closed. The Japanese bento stall at #01-47 was open though. Good value servings. Glad to have tried that stall. They have a wide menu to choose from. Chicken teriyaki and fish cutlet Bento for $5.50. The rojak stall nearby was still open. A big plate of rojak starts from $4.

Dropped for prawn noodles during lunch. $5.50 for small portion - prawns and ribs. Worth every penny. There was always a queue but not too long.

Could not find a parking space in the morning on the weekend, luckily we stay nearby, so even if its take away food, the 炒粿条is still good, should have added 3 dollars cockles to make it substantial. Chwee kueh is also good! Fried carrot cake is not as good as yu hua place hawker center nearby but they offer black+white mixed, so it is a +point. If u can't park, then forget about those long queue Michelin stuff... Hdb should add a multi storey car park here, then it will be much better.
