Being a beer lover, coming to a microbrewery is the ultimate experience. Though I knew of its existence for a while, but being an easterner, this place seems rather far away. I decided to make a trip here on a Saturday. I am pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of their beer. Being a IPA fanatic, my favourite is their Deep Soul IPA - hoppy and rich. The beer paired well with the food we ordered. Cozy place for a lazy afternoon.

The Pandan Beer is no gimmick! I know pandan itself smells and tastes mild (being a Southeast Asian), but I never though it would be so compatible to craft beer as infusion. You'll know it's right on the face as soon as you take a sip, yet it still isn't too overpowering over the real character of the beer. I think IPA is a good metric for a microbrewery, and here it's no slouch either. It contains good amount of hoppiness and floral notes. The stout was also a proper one, thick body with strong coffee and sweet toffee characters. The jasmine beer was also pretty decent. Not really a fan of ginseng, thus somehow the ginseng beer didn't really worked out for me (just tried it out of curiosity). Haven't tried the meal though, I've heard they are also pretty great, will try it someday if I'm with somebody else. I always choose outdoor seating, which seems to be mostly deserted in wee hours (most choose to have the meal indoors). Given the climate, they often turn the large fans on whenever there's multiple diners in the alfresco dining area. I wish they have a separate smoking area in the outdoor seating area though - sometimes a few customers and even the employees take smoke break there despite presence of other customers, who might not like cigarette smells nearby.

Very good environment with super nice food and exceptional beers which is very special like the Pandan and Ginseng beer that make with real pandan and ginseng. Their BBQ food is also very special but only available on Saturday 5-9pm

*photo of the platter was taken after we started eating. It's twice the amount shown in the photo. The food was average. We agreed that the best food item was the fries :D a lot of food items were unavailable. Thankful for the tasting platter that allowed us to try all 10 beers before choosing what we liked. 5 classics, & 5 fancy beers. Probably the beers are still in the experimental stage. Chanced upon this place. Would try out other microbreweries :)

Food was mediocre - seafood platter (~$48) was way too salty and oily. Very overpriced too. I can get a way better platter elsewhere. Fish & Chips were alright - But definitely not worth the (~$28) Ok I like the clam chowder soup. Got the pandan beer and it was so bitter, gosh I regret! "Live band" and sound system was poor too.. my old folks were suffering. Singing wasn't great and the the singers felt like they were just enjoying a karaoke session in teoheng. Well, only saving grace was that the staffs were friendly so that's probably the only good thing about this place. Definitely not coming back. Maybe in future, who knows. Just my two cents - I've seen some good reviews here so I don't wanna let my sole opinion deter the other new potential customers. Ambience is quite cozy so probably a good place for catch ups.

Awesome beer with local tastes (e.g. pandan, ginseng) and yummy BBQ food. Really a must-visit place if you are ever in Jurong East and looking for a good place to chill. The staff is also friendly and very prompt in their service.

Dropped by for a drink with colleagues. Quiet night with just 1-2 tables. Wondering how they survive and continue to run business. Didn’t order any food so can’t comment on the food. Oat craft beer was flat.
