1st tine exp was good and quiet 2nd time was horrible, uninterested staff and "no" to straws even after repeatedly explain sensitive gums... tqvm, I will nvr buy a drink fm KFC ever again and avoid it at all cost, except when got new promo for ala carte offer

Don’t expect the definition of “fast food” here. Slowest KFC branch in Singapore, or maybe in the world.

The fries ordered was of very sub standard and when approached the desk to report, we were told that this is new etc etc. But the fries was of very bad quality and we had to simply throw them in bin. We think it is fried raise or thrice

slowest kfc service ever , i ordered the cheesy zinger meltz meal , and i only got the drink and the cheesy zinger melts but i didnt get the fries , and the staff keeps on telling me to wait but i have been waiting for 25 - 35 minutes for my order , so how long do i have to wait , even my friends were complaining about how long it was to prepare the food , so i wasted my money for just a drink and a cheesy zinger melts with no fries , my friends , i even finished my food before getting my fries , so i couldnt wait anymore so i had to leave me the store.

Supringly all was super fresh & hot. It's been a long time since i had a really fresh KFC

Not a bad place to eat if you want somewhere calm. Mostly does delivery orders but got place to sit down.

Pros: Not so crowded and can find seats Cons: The tables and floor not so clean, ordered the double down - it’s not fresh as it’s seems microwaved as the cheese was hard and sticked to the wrapper, under staff so have to wait quite long for the food, quite warm as the air con seems weak
