I would have given a 5 if Genting was moved to Marina Bay Sands or somewhere that is close to tourist attractions. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and I exceptionally enjoyed the buffet meal despite its price. A chef also struck up a conversation with me as he sliced the medium-rare beef! This hotel is definitely better than other Hotels in Singapore in my opinion.

Don't be fooled by the name or price, this is absolutely a budget hotel. The rooms aren't large enough to swing a cat without causing it a traumatic brain injury. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water and want more money than the Hilton do for breakfast. Dissapointed. Will not return.

The hotel lobby was filled with oily smell. maybe kitchen smoke all come out. I hang out with my friend of coz must passed by lobby then my shirt all got that smell. This issue need to improve.

At first I thought Genting hotel is same standards as Fra****** hotel but they proved me wrong. Service is super good. When I called their reception, they knew my name. When they didn't delivered me my grab food, they applogised and gave me their hotel desserts. I was on QO btw and they took care of me just like any other guest. Food was superb. I was well fed. Operations were smooth. If you kena QO and you are sent there, just prepare yourself for good meals and good service. Room was not as luxurious as those 4 stars or 5 stars hotel but they are comfortable enough to feel like you're on vacation.

The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are small, a bit sparse, but has everything you need. It can get a little dusty on the floor but it is pretty clean nonetheless. The location is close to a lot of food, shopping and transportation options about 2-300 m away. Overall a great budget hotel.

Despite its location, the overall experience was exceptional, making it a recommended choice for those seeking a tranquil retreat with easy access to the city's vibrant spots.

Deluxe Twin comes with 2 Queen beds, which is perfect for families with kids. Minimalist & functional design, enough for our use. I like the ample desk space & shelves to store our things. Convenient walk to Science Centre & Jurong library, which my children enjoyed. We booked for 4 nights & got complimentary parking ticket every day. We reached early, before 3pm, so the check-in wait was ok. Downside: we couldn’t find the filtered water tap. Will book again for our next trip.

It may not be in a central location, but i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast that came with the room was very nice and diverse and the room was clean and had a great view. There are a lot of malls in close proximity and some very cool nature parks for those interested. There is also a free shuttle to Sentosa from the hotel.

The front desk staff were not friendly. And the service could be much better. The room service team were rather more friendly. Could improve by providing water bottles instead of having us to go out of the room to get water from the dispenser. Overall not that satisfied

Spend my wedding anniversary and weekends getaway for my kids at this comfortable environment and location convenience hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, our double bed rooms are clean and spacious. Overall we love it, will be back for my kids birthday celebration staycay. 😊

Small but very quiet rooms. Not lux, but has the kettle, coffee, a small fridge and safe in the rooms. Daily room service as well as guest check (means if you put in the don't disturb sign on, they will knock on your door the next day to ensure you're ok. Close to 3 malls and a variety of food options. Breakfast is not generally included so if you want it on the room, make sure to ask for an upgrade. The pool is usually not busy (during my stay). The iron and ironing table are not in the room but you can ask the front desk anytime and they'll bring it to you very quickly.

1. Too overpriced for what you get. Almost the same price as a 5-star hotel and its 1/4 of the size? 2. Amenities- Gym equipment, everything was under maintenance, and the place was so small. 3. Bottled-water not provided, instead ask u boil ur own water. 4. Hairdryer gets too hot to hold, then breaks bc the pieces expanded?? 5. Floor not cleaner properly, sticky and dirty. overall, speechless and very dissatisfied, never coming back again.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip. The location is excellent, being close to several malls, and the rooms are adequate, if a bit spartan in their minimalism; at least the beds are comfortable and the place is clean. I got the basic room because the nicer ones were already booked. There's a tiny wall mounted desk and some very stiff, bare bones chairs. The front staff was helpful, and I even got to check in early. But I still haven't received my receipt, even after speaking to the rep during check out and giving my email address. The weakness of this place is definitely the breakfast. It's $25 for some coffee, a few scraps of pastry, and some wet eggs. There's also an extra 10% "service fee" for what service? I don't know. If there are no other hotels in the area, I would probably come back here.

Service is great. Room cleanliness is good. However is very Noisy. U can hear the noise when people talking along the corridor. Every little noise is so clear n loud. Imagine if is very near the lift. Can even hear the noise from the next room. The worst 4 stars hotel for a very bad soundproof. I stayed at level 4.

Staying this hotel for 2-month. I don’t know what’s going on here. Not friendly, no smile, no response from front desk. I rated high score at the beginning on TripAdvisor, but now? Not at all. Hotel should know one reception woman ruins my mood every time.

The staff weren't polite nor helpful. Was asked to wait for 10 minutes for check-in, but was conveniently forgotten for over half an hour. The same staff made a snarled remark about the parking coupon being given by him to me "out of goodwill" when I requested for one. Although the website clearly stated that complimentary parking was available onsite. Would have been able to look past the rather inconvenient location if service was more palatable. Overall, I would not recommend. For experience sake, once is enough.

Big and clean room, but the toilet has no bidet (which is unacceptable in this day and age). No rainfall shower, and the hand shower emits very loud noise on high pressure, almost like a water pumper. Hair dryer was also extremely noisy. Got fridge in room but no microwave oven. We got disturbed three times but management was apologetic and willing to compensate, which is the only plus point.

The room is spacious and clean. There is a huge swimming pool which is a plus point. Great location. Really enjoy our stay here. Thank you to River for recommending us some tourist spots and good places for dinner!

The ONLY hotel at Jurong. It's directly opposite to Jurong Regional National Library. And can see Jurong East MRT Station from the hotel.

The hotel has no direct line , what is the guest get lost and what to ask for direction? and the reservation person is extremely rude. Everything I asked,She tell me to check on line, I simply do see the needs for such receptionist.

My stay here was absolutely perfect. The way the receptionist helped me to get around. They went out of there way to make sure my stay would be perfect. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Thank you River, Suriani and Shamala!

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel! Even tho the location is quite far from the main city but it's walking distance from the MRT and there is also a shopping mall nearby. Check-in process went smoothly all thanks to Mr. River. He was so friendly and helpful! Definitely will come back here for my next stay, Good Job guys!

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and their service was remarkable. I met Mr. River there who was very approachable and catered happily and respectfully to all my needs and requests. The room was also clean and cozy. Will definitely recommend this to my friends!

28/9/2023 Come here and get 575 room and stay for 4nights. Room not to big but thats enough for 1 person. toilet so clean and dry but there is no hand shower for WC. View to MRT station. Drink water 8s refilled but also only 1 dispenser available at 5th Floor. Restaurant oalso best part of this hotels, food sofar oke and has a lot off choice. Swimming pool also good enough, open from 7.30a.m ayo 8p.m.. Gymbis 24hrs open.. Please add water dispenser in every level. Please open swimming pool more longer, cos we go for work in the morning and back around 6p.m..there has no much time for swim. overalls best.

I went to Singapore in September. This is my first time to stay in Jurong , this hotel is very near mrt and shopping mall. Room is clean and have some welcome snacks in the room for me :) Every staff are helpful especially Ms.Pop ,she is very friendly and she assisted me with care. This hotel should got 5 stars of services!

Most western hotel in Singapore. So it is often fully booked with workers working in Jurong Island or in the west of Singapore. The rooms are small but well equipped. Direct proximity with lots of food options, shopping malls and metro station.

Unfortunately, due to a frantic early check out and our oversight, we left some cash in a red packet behind in our room (in plain sight on the desk in front of the tv) but when we called in to ask about it and after a “thorough” investigation they said nobody saw it. Other than that, service was rather good and rooms were spacious.

We were at the hotel on September for my Birthday. Stayed for 2 night! Great Location nearby MRT. Would like to special thank to Miko from the reception. She make all efforts to assist us and give us complimentary room upgrade for this staycation. You make our stay the best! Thank you Miko. Cant wait to be back soon.

Location is great. Near lots of amenities. Abby of Cafe Football was very nice and attentive. I also have to commend the housekeeper in level 4 (I forgot to ask his name). He was very efficient and hardworking. Our room was always pristine clean!

Great place, nice ambience, friendly staff, room service is not available, but has football cafe & restaurant. Got vending machines. Food hub, metro and bus station across the street.

This is the best SHN Hotel.The crew is very approachable and very nice. They give information on time and very keen in attending guest needs. The hotel is so clean and the amenities are great. Comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. This hotel is situated near major attractions like Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Science Centre and the Chinese and Japanese Gardens. The rooms are spacious with many amenities and there is even a rooftop infinity pool! Service is 10/10 and would be back here again.

Went there to do a Sleep Study for a guest. Located in a nice quiet corner. Room looked comfy and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Carpark was a little challenging... for me at least...

Location: I love the location, just walkover the bridge and you will be connected to few shopping malls and food outlets. Rooms: Rooms are smaller but sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast: Definitely need improvement in breakfast options. Staff: very friendly and welcoming, they are fast and responsive. Cleanliness: very satisfied with the cleanliness and house keeping.

I am corporate traveller and regularly visiting Singapore this time I book this but Hotel policy and sops more entertaining online agent rather than direct walk in customers...not against agents but should give equivalent rates or lower rate to walk in customers... This hotel is a gem! Very practical and functional, especially for short or business trips. A very short distance to Jurong East MRT station, as well as to three shopping malls - JEM, Westgate and JCube (a general hospital too, in case you need one!) If you're an F45 member, the F45 Jurong CBD is just across the road (less than 5 min walk!) My experience in terms of service was excellent. The room was super clean and practical.... everything you need works!

Been here before covid stayed couple weeks due to HIP, lots of differences. More cosy. Better meal periods. Freshness. Aura. Rooms all so different. Staff great.also different faced. More smiles from all now

First night the air conditioning has problem and noisy all night long. Then also realised that the wall to next door is made of plywood, no wonder could hear next door phone ring. Informed the front desk and they move me to another room at the same floor with working air conditioning and concrete wall. The service crew are good just that the structure of the hotel need to improve.

Rooms in Genting Hotel Jurong are decent, but disappointing for this room which we have booked, which was the most expensive room being offered by the hotel. This room is able to sleep 4pax, but lacks the luxury feel. It does not have a work station, a space for a sofa area to relax, nor it has a bathtub. Also, during our enquiries made before our booking, we were also told that we would be given complimentary car park access. After checking in, to our disappointment, the complimentary car park were limited to 1 ticket (1x car park exit) per night's stay only. Additional trips in, and out during the course of the day, would be on your own expenses.

The place was a nice spot around the city..and I spend my vacation very nicely the hotel also had a great staff they treat me and my family so well and one of the staff from front desk help me, if I am not mistaken her name was Brenda she was a life saver .. really recommend this hotel to my friend for there holiday in the future. Absolute robbery. They have messed up booking partner that ends up custome being double charged with absolute ridicilous prices. They seem to be in robbery business. Breakfast hall is like factory canteen with not enough seats. Dont come if u have any respect for ur money

I don't mind the hotel, but I have to stay there for about 10 days for work and start skipping the breakfast at day 4. Zero variety from day to day and today even the coffee machine gave up. No idea, if the standard clients stay only for a night or two, but please offer a bit more variety. Can't be so difficult

Waiting time for check-in is too long. We waited ard 1h 30 mins plus in the queue at 6plus in the evening. Room is clean. Toilet is bit small. Pool is small. Gym is ok. Not so kids friendly.

I was told by the hotel operator regarding the vehicle parking arrangement for my stay in this hotel, the regulation is there is no charge for foreign vehicle even overnight for hotel guest, but as long as you are driving a Singapore register vehicle, need to pay S$4.50 per hour. I then asked her why is it so and does it mean Singaporeans not suppose to check in to this hotel, but the operator kept saying I need to pay without giving me an answer. Then later I manage to get a parking coupon for my vehicle exit from the hotel counter, but was told I only entitle one coupon per day and the coupon is for single usage only. I really can't imagine a hotel can have this kind of rule. Singaporean or guest driving Singapore car better not to book this hotel.
