Today
has
been
a
truly
unpleasant
experience
for
me.
In
the
afternoon,
I
took
an
uncooked
chicken
and
requested
the
chopping
counter
young
chinese
lady
to
cut
it
for
me.
When
I
first
approached
her,
I
spoke
to
her
in
English
and
requested
for
the
chicken
to
be
cut
in
half
with
the
wings
separated.
She
expressed
that
my
request
was
too
complicated
in
Chinese.
In
response,
I
switched
to
Chinese
and
reiterated
my
request.
She
continued
to
respond
impatiently
and
expressed
her
confusion
with
my
request.
She
then
walked
away
and
instructed
a
senior
staff
to
attend
to
me.
According
to
the
senior
staff,
this
is
not
the
first
time
she
has
displayed
poor
behavior.
I
am
extremely
let
down
by
the
level
of
service
I
received.
Just
imagine
if
a
senior
citizen
made
the
same
request
and
received
such
a
response.
They
would
be
so
afraid
to
purchase
chicken
from
NTUC
again.
