Huge supermarket but at a hidden place in another wing. People may not know the existence unless you stay around the area. Also situated at the highest level of the building, so you do all your other shopping and then do grocery shopping so that once you done off you go. Cause it can be a hassle to bring all your heavy groceries item from the highest floor to the carpark or taxi stand.

The cashier refused to let me buy extra plastic bags when I told her that all the items I got were actually tibits, she pressed all of the chips squeezed into a big bag. And also a small plastic to put eggs and remaining chips. 1st time i see ppl pack eggs and combined with other items? I even I told her since I am paying the the plastic bags, then can you just separated all those tibits in to different bags, otherwise all the chips will be crushed but she insisted to do it in her own way and said no need. When I got home, then I realize that the cashier overcharge me extra 3packets of lays. I remembered she asked me how many packets did I take?? I told her that I did not count and since you are scanning one by one, should be easy to know cos it will reflect in your system. Scan also can double entry, omg!!!

Big supermarket and the place i must go every week for groceries. All good except staff attitude have to be improve. Especially the butcher station old staff chinese uncle and aunty everytime show unwillingly to serve face. We respect u as old staff but they don't deserved it. I would like to praise the indian lady serve at seafood station. She very polite and friendly thumbs up.

Today has been a truly unpleasant experience for me. In the afternoon, I took an uncooked chicken and requested the chopping counter young chinese lady to cut it for me. When I first approached her, I spoke to her in English and requested for the chicken to be cut in half with the wings separated. She expressed that my request was too complicated in Chinese. In response, I switched to Chinese and reiterated my request. She continued to respond impatiently and expressed her confusion with my request. She then walked away and instructed a senior staff to attend to me. According to the senior staff, this is not the first time she has displayed poor behavior. I am extremely let down by the level of service I received. Just imagine if a senior citizen made the same request and received such a response. They would be so afraid to purchase chicken from NTUC again.

One of the better supermarket under Fairprice even though its not the "finest" series. Its 24 hours and fairly huge but well "compartmentalised" and organised. And its got interesting and useful "this store specials" that even some "finest" outlets cannot rival.

Super impressed with the staff over at the customer help desk. I forgot to pack one of the paid items into my gocery bag at the self check out counter yesterday. Took me more than an hour to realise this, after I reached home and unpacked my goceries. Rang up the customer service hotline and they managed to retrieve the item and allow me to go back the following day to collect the item. Very professional & proactive customer service. Both thumbs up for them!!!

24hr NTUC supermart. I think most Jurong West residents have been here for midnight shopping. Kinda cool. If you couldn't sleep in the late night, can try coming here walk walk see see. This place is big. So no worries about nothing to kaypoh. .

My favorite place to buy groceries..and thanks to Lee Say whose helping me with the promotion sausage ham Halal station.. Kudos to her very friendly and helpful staff..we need people like her..keep it up dear Lee Say
