I
recently
had
an
disappointing
experience
with
SK
Jewellery
Shop
custom
made
diamond
ring
service.
From
the
start,
I
encountered
issues
that
left
me
thoroughly
dissatisfied.
The
problem
was
addressed
and
answered
too
and
I
accept
at
that
point
in
time.
When
I
collect
my
custom
made
diamond
ring
from
SK
recently,
the
end
product
of
the
ring
was
a
complete
letdown
and
it
looked
nothing
like
what
I
had
envisioned.
I
ordered
a
diamond
ring
that
need
to
be
custom
made
and
the
specs
and
price
of
the
diamond
ring
is
as
listed
below:

Firstly,
the
weight
of
the
white
gold
casing
ring
was
only
7g
which
look
very
small
when
I
wear
it.
Which
I
really
dun
understand
why
the
price
of
the
ring
casing
is
so
high.
Second,
with
the
hefty
price
tag
for
the
casing
I
assume
better
end
product
of
the
casing
which
will
suit
and
fit
me
perfectly
but
after
trying
I
think
it
will
just
be
left
collecting
dust.
Third,
size
30
was
a
bit
too
loose
for
me
it
cannot
even
stay
nicely
on
my
hand
when
I
move
my
hand.
The
customer
service
from
the
ground
staff
was
perfect
in
trying
to
solve
my
problem.
Nevertheless,
I
think
the
workmanship
of
the
ring
case
is
poor.
Maybe
there
is
no
proper
instruction
passed
down
that
a
man
is
wearing
the
diamond
ring
in
order
to
cater
the
ring
case
to
man
setting.
In
conclusion,
I
amended
my
rating
to
3*
as
everything
is
settle
in
according
to
what
we
had
discussed.
A
5*
will
be
given
if
the
ring
is
a
bit
thicker
and
heavier
so
it
suit
me
perfectly,
and
to
determine
the
correct
ring
size
upon
custom
made
the
ring
case.
With
such
a
premium
price,
I
actually
expect
the
product
to
turn
up
out
of
my
expectations.
I
would
urge
other
customer
to
compare
prices
across
different
jewellery
outlet
before
coming
to
a
conclusion
on
where
you
might
want
to
purchase
your
ring.
