Quiet area but nice. Shuttle bus to Jurong Point or it is a short walk to Gek Poh for convenience shopping and a good food court. Original condo management and security staff were very friendly and helpful, unfortunately there's been a lot of management changes and a new security contractor, changes have not been positive and the atmosphere is nothing like as nice as it used to be. Some of the new security staff are friendly and helpful but others don't seem to do anything useful and just stand outside smoking more often than not and are too busy looking at their phones . Apartments not the biggest but big enough. Complex has a nice feel.

Exclusive feeling when driving into landed area to the condo. Simple layout with a good 50m long pool, including a Aqua gym, kid pool with water features for kids. A decent Indoor Gym at level 2 overlooking the pool feels great. Facilities include tennis court, function room, bbq area and a secured bicycle garage. Aircon lobby at every block basement. Smart security system like Keyless entry. Work in Progress for Gek Poh MRT to be ready. Daily shuttle bus service operating fr 0630hrs to 1910hrs to Gek Poh and Jurong Point shopping Centre.

Very good condo. Very peaceful place in the west. Near to pie so it's very convenient. No loud noises from the highway because its blocked by the other condos and many trees. Not the cheapest condo, but the facilities are good!

Going to MOP in October 2022. Brought a buyer to see this project. Value for money project worth to consider !

A quiet place. Its facilities include a vibrant swimming pool shaped like the famous infinity pool, barbecue pits, an air conditioned study room for cramming, and a gym for a quick workout.

Nice pool but no shopping malls nearby except for GEK PO. Small small ulu ulu

Rude security namely Yusri. Should go thru customer service class. The rest of the security is very approachable. This guy think he owns the condo looking down on visitors coming to the condo. Mind you we have siblings staying here. Because of his attics we decided to never ever visit one of our sibling staying in this condo. Because of him families start to drift apart. This Yusri could be more tactful in his conversation. We do not owe you a living. We are all equal in each others eyes. Not him or me are inferior. People like him caused other securities a hard time to work in a conducieve working environment.

Nice place to stay. Upcoming MRT and Jurong Inovation District will boost the area.
