    I went to Fullerton Health Clinic at Jurong Point on the 20th of December 2022 for flu and fever. The nurses and the Doctors over there are not giving adequate service. At first, they prescribe me some medications without a Doctors consultation. Later on, I was given back pain medicines with other patient's name on it. Thankfully I was fully aware of that but what if other patients don't, what if it causes some side effects to them? I couldn't get the pic of the wrong medication they provide me as one of the nurses prevented me from doing but I manage to take a pic of the medical certificate of back pain they gave me, where the medications were for flu and fever. Apart from waiting 1 hour just to see the Dr, the medication prescriptions (wrong ones) also take 1 hour to be given. If you're visiting this clinic which you shouldn't, do take extreme measures on the service and prescriptions given by them. I have been to many clinics all over the world this is the worst. I have sent a feedback to MOH. Hopefully, necessary actions are taken well, if they care about the people.

    I was there for Annual medical check up. Station checks was fast however i waited 2-3hrs for doctor's final check. In the end found out that Doctor have left so i have to reschedule for it. Lucky there's a malay lady with initiative to check if not I'll still be waiting. Doctor and staff should communicate, reschedule means time wasting for me. And for the young guy at registration, please improve on your customer service. Very poor customer service. Learn to treat everyone nicely.

    Given a choice nobody wishes to visit health clinics too. Even the tiniest bit of compassion from the counter staff would have been really nice. But the service basically translates to "just go away, I don't gain anything by being helpful" 😂

    I went for my company's annual medical checkup here. Everything was great except registration. I already had a prior booking for the appointment, but it took the counter staff nearly 30mins to call me for registration. The people who were in queue behind me have already registered, but i guess i was forgotten. Around the 30min mark, my number was called for a very brief moment, and then passed on to the next number. I managed to intervene and get myself registered before that next person in queue. Thereafter, my annual screening was a breeze.

    not good service. skipped my numbers multiple times. asked me to wait but end up my number never turned up and i had to remind them. staff are not approachable and it is unreliable. would not suggest coming here for check up

    I went Jurong point Fullerton for medical checkup before 3pm. Overall very good and seamless experience by the doctor and nurse. The counter staff is good BUT only the one chinese female counter staff with pony tail which she is seating on the left facing the glass door. Her attitude is the worst. Her tone to all the patients is so rude and unacceptable. To me , her attitude is like not here to work. IF take away this staff. It will be a 5 stars rating experience.

    Worse service ever. Telephone operator and staff impatient and simply didn't know their work They couldn't wait to hangUp the call. Moreover they simply anyhow direct your call to nowhere.

    Young doctor, wasn’t able to provide advice on condition nor offer much suggestions and very expensive given only consultation without medicine. Went to clinic in view of the Google good reviews but very disappointed with the results.
