The doctor is very old and paralyze, using his eye to see your condition without diagnosis. The charges were too expensive $120 with or without medication compared to others on a Sunday. After taking the medication, no effect still need to go polyclinic the next day.

Came here on a Saturday visit. Doctor was actually nice and concerned, and made accurate diagnosis on the condition. Being concerned with the long term effects of the root cause and gave good advise. Thanks Doc!

Doctor is very kind heart and polite. His medications works very well. Medications are very effective. Paid 180 dollars but worth the price. Tried online doctor but medications did not work at all.

Really rude and ridiculous doc. Daughter having high fever night before and sore throat. Miss school today. Took panadol and fever went down slightly. Polyclinic fully book for next day (trying make appointment for next day the night before) therefore went to him cause just across rd. See the doc. He says throat sore but no fever so cannot give mc for the day. Told him fever went down cause took med. He says we cheat mc???!!! Huh???! End up walk in to polyclinic to see whether any chance to consult the doc. Tested temp 37.7 and fever started to come bk. Don't waste time to visit this clinic no matter how near to you.

Was recommended to come to see Dr Chuang because I had a persistent cough and sore throat. Dr Chuang was very personable and shared a lot about his experience with me. After the visit, my sore throat was gone and night cough had become lesser. Highly recommend to call before you come to the clinic!

This Dr does not sell polite service.Just good medicine and fast core very nice to you if you are respectful.

Many of you who have stayed in Jurong West would know Dr Chuang. Personally, I’ve seen him for the past 30 years. No matter which doctors I’ve been to, Dr Chuang is still my go-to doctor due to his truthfulness, his experiences and his ability to treat me. Now, I’m also trusting my young one with Dr Chuang. I once had shingles on my right eye and forehead. He’s the only doctor that identify it instead of thinking it’s just allergy rashes. He treated me for 21 days and making sure the shingles didn’t leave me any scars on my face. My faith and confidence has never waver. You might think he’s fierce, his consultations are expensive and many reasons… but trust me, he’s one of the best doctors that I’ve know and met in my 37 years of life. Doctor was really professional and helpful in giving good advice. He doesn’t work for money and provides medication of best quality, super effective. Really like it here because the doctor is always the same so he knows your medication history well.

This clinic is different. In a good sense. Dr Chuang is actually friendly and polite. He understands patients. He may seem quiet but he is very experienced in his field. He has a different approach to treat eczema as well!
