Service
was
SUPER
LOUSY.
Registration
only
also
Very
Slow!
And
created
long
queues!

peoples
in
front
of
me
for
registration,
was
queueing
for
around
45
mins
!
When
my
turn
to
register
at
the
counter,
I
showed
my
IC
and
my
Company
Insurance
Card
(that
still
valid
and
can
be
used
for
this
clinic
as
the
clinic
put
notice
on
their
entrance
door,
that
this
insurance
card
is
accepted),
But
the
Receptionist
Woman
on
duty
said
“Oh
SH*T
!”
(not
greet
customer
with
good
morning,
but
greet
with
"OH
SH*T!!)
This
is
very
"Good
Manner"
indeed.
Then
this
clinic
receptionist
(CR)
talked
:
“I
am
sorry,
Sir,
for
Insurance
Card,
we
forget
the
password
in
our
computer
system,
you
may
need
to
pay
by
Cash”
I
(I)
said:
“Sorry
I
didn’t
bring
any
cash,

use
cash,

CR:
