Very long waiting time. Come at 11am queing 30min then being told no number anymore need to come queing again after lunch time 2pm. Then I came around 1.30pm only 3-4pax in front of me. Then the whole process plus a art ended at 4pm. Many people queing at then mean time and there's no seat for people to rest. All people standing to queue , almost all of us keep squatting and stand up to rest. Requested a chair to sit once, they said will get me one but no people come. Then requested again. It's a clinic, all people come because they feel sick. Those with COVID symptom are not allow to get inside to wait (inside got chairs), they need to squart outside. I think I got low glucose and feel like fainting already, no choice go and buy bubble tea at the opposite shop.

Went to this clinic on Friday 26 November 2021 morning. Service was SUPER LOUSY. Registration only also Very Slow! And created long queues! 7 peoples in front of me for registration, was queueing for around 45 mins ! When my turn to register at the counter, I showed my IC and my Company Insurance Card (that still valid and can be used for this clinic as the clinic put notice on their entrance door, that this insurance card is accepted), But the Receptionist Woman on duty said “Oh SH*T !” (not greet customer with good morning, but greet with "OH SH*T!!) This is very "Good Manner" indeed. Then this clinic receptionist (CR) talked : “I am sorry, Sir, for Insurance Card, we forget the password in our computer system, you may need to pay by Cash” I (I) said: “Sorry I didn’t bring any cash, and if I use cash, I cannot claim to my company” CR: “In this case you may need to visit other clinic, as we do not accept Insurance Card, if you pay by Cash we will give you the receipt” I: In this case, please remove that you accepted this insurance card from your notice, so peoples that sick not need to queue for 45 mins, and in the end rejected” Receptionist colleagues next table (CR2) overheard our conversation suddenly talking to me: In this case Sir, you may need to wait very long Sir, we will try to reset the password first. I: Until how long ? CR2 : Not sure, maybe until afternoon or evening. With service like this, peoples sick, not getting treatment, but getting more sick / dying asked to wait until evening.

There are two clinics, mine was at MRT but some others confused theirs from Jurong Point one to here, please check for the sake of your time. I reached at 8.30am for 9am appointment. There was a queue of about 7 before me. The line for pre-departure tests is separate marked by blue spacers. Need to use camera to scan QR (available outside glass door) and go to See Doctor option and fill details. Once inside, you have to produce Passport, IC and travel ticket. Fill in details in iPAD and wait outside for the test. After that pay and wait for the email. The process took 55min and the system is definitely not smooth. Prepare to wait 1hr as safety comes first.

The counter staff is super rude. They treat the patien very rude and no respect. The clinic mentioned not to abuse the staff slogan, my opinion is very difficult to do that. Very disappointed with their service.

Brought my mum for ART and PCR tests. Everything was very orderly. The Indian doctor and his staff were very helpful and courteous despite their hectic schedule. The entire duration took 45 minutes but it’s understandable. I think this clinic deserves a thumbs up! 👍

Been calling 7 times across different timings today regarding an urgent matter. A colleague of mine who received only 1.5 days worth of medicine for upper respiratory tract infection. Nobody picked up for all 7 times and now the clinic is closed. Update: Today (the next day) I have called a further 8 times form morning till now. Still not a single pick up. You need to investigate the staff you hire. The person is clearly not interested in the job and feels he/she is above the job. Update 2: Made another 6 calls today, still no pick up.
