I was at the outlet in Jurong Point to buy jewellery, when the 11.11 promotion was on-going. I was told that a purchase above S$500.00 will entitle me to a Spin-and-Win chance. I eventually won the top prize which is a jewellery supposedly worth S$3300.00. When I received the prize, it was a pendant that does not look anywhere near S$3300.00. I messaged one of your staff and he only told me the promotion was done by the branding team, with no other explanation given. This incident makes me as a customer feel very cheated. As Goldheart is a reputable and established brand, I am disappointed to learn that Goldheart resorts to such means to increase sales. Would be great if Goldheart can offer a public explanation on this. If verification of my purchase is required, please drop your email address here and I would gladly follow up.

Had a great shopping experience at the JP branch. The staffs are friendly and had provided great service as a team. We have had arrive late to the showroom but was still given time to chose the jewellery. We understand that it was past their work hours but still they work as a team to finish the transaction and manage to give an exemplary customer service! Especially Zhu Zhu Jun, have made the experience a unique one. In the end we purchased our 四点金from gold heart ! They had more variety and design was more modern as compare to others. This was no brainer. Good work Gold Heart!
