Very rude staff they over charge both of there locations in riverside have bad customer service never coming to this salon again or recommend anyone here

Went into this location today with my mom to get her nails done for my brother's wedding tomorrow. She is an older woman who is disabled and on oxygen. First thing the man did was cut her finger open with clippers and them blamed her for it. She is on blood thinners so it took a fair amount of time to get her to stop bleeding. He then continued to work on her while she still had dried blood from when she folded her finger down to put pressure. When he decided to clean the dried blood, he began to use ACETONE. She had to tell him he was not using the alcohol that was directly next to the bottle of acetone and labeled in the same color and font as the alcohol. He did not apologize or acknowledge that he made any mistakes. He simply switched to using alcohol and proceeded to finish her set within 20 minutes. He was rushing and was absolutely careless and has no sense of hospitality or good customer service. It almost felt like my mom was an inconvenience to him. He then had the nerve to ask how much she would like to tip. She said "Not Today" and we walked out. The audacity. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!

Please don’t come here, they are disgusting! This establishment should be shut down, they are in violation of alot of health codes! I was going to get a gel mani and pedi, unfortunately when I saw how gross it was I already in the middle of the mani. The manicurist didn’t even clean my nails and kept touching his nose during the service. The sterilize machine is really gross, i wish i would’ve taken pics but I wanted to get out of there ASAP! Im really not a Karen but after seeing this I have to make other people aware!I got charged $16 for literally just to have my nails filed and clear coated! I couldve done this at home and saved myself the $ 😑

Do not come to this place, the customer service is terrible. The youngest girl that works there is very rude, does not even greet you or respond when you are saying Hello or asking how long it will take to do service. Very rude!!!

Horrible!! I got a pedi 2 days ago and the gel is clumpy and peeling👎

Absolutely terrible service. The lady who did my pedicure cut two of my toes while using the cuticle nippers, maybe because of how she was rushing. The place is also filthy. You can tell they don't replace their barbicide because of how dark that water is. Will NEVER come here again and will make sure to let anyone I know to stay away from here.

The girl is very rude, she didn't give me any attention to what I wanted, she was on her cell phone and I left, she is very despotic and gives herself great importance
