I came to the studio not knowing anything about yoga, I wanted to try it, I was looking for a place where I could move after a working day. I came and stayed :) The exercises are clearly explained, their progress, effects and benefits, individual attention. I feel that my body has strengthened (even those around me notice), I am learning to find inner peace, not to be distracted, to concentrate on whatever I am doing. I go to every session with pleasure. Thank you teacher :)

All 5 stars for the detailed arrangement of correct asana performance, it is good to know and understand what effect the performed action has on the body. Maksimilian perfectly adapts asanas according to existing physical fitness and/or existing injuries. Always pleasant and pleasant communication. I especially recommend it to those who just want to try yoga or who have had an unpleasant experience in this matter. 🙏🧘‍♀️
