What is there to say about an electronic store. It was opened in 2018. Very modern, bright looking store. You will find almost everything you are looking for when it comes to electronics. There is also a Nescafé coffee bar where you can get all sorts of coffee. Some are for free to try if you buy them later. Probably the best place in cologne to find whatever you are looking for within this section of electronics...

This new Saturn location has only been open for less than a year. Covering 4 floors... It is a lot more spacious and very well organised hence making shopping here an absolute pleasure even during busy times. The extra space means more cashier counters and less waiting time. I used to prefer shopping at Media Markt further down the street but will now give Sartun a try going forward due to the great new location.

CUSTOMERS NOT RESPECTED !! I bought something in this shop, after crossing the door the security guy jumped on me like an animal as if I'm a thief in front of other customers !! It put me in a very bad feeling. ( the door didn't even ring but it seems that he saw me doing something strange in the camera !! ) I showed him the ticket but he says NO and continue to empty my bag and my pocket without asking for authorisation. OK I understand if he has doubt he can check but why brutality ? He took me from my arm as if I was "EL CHAPO" !!! After checking everything and did not find, he didn’t even excuse or something he just say it's ok and left me alone gathering my stuff by myself. I regret did my purchase in this stupid shop. Run away.

I had a great experience at Saturn! They offer amazing discounts that you won't find online. The service was extremely good and friendly, and I want to say special thanks to Constantin Zimmermann who helped me even lift my product to my car. Visiting Saturn was a great choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Very bad service from personell. I was walking around watching maschines for 45 minutes waiting for some help. Several workers pass or talk to each other but nobody offer me help. I really needed some advice for choosing wasching maschine and dryer and they just let me go even when there were no other customers around.

I received a nice consultation while asking for a comparison between cameras. I couldn't test the camera and a lens which exactly I was looking for but at the end, I had a good feeling about the options I had in this shop. Having an option to insure the camera for three years was for me difficult to decide and I was not convinced if I really need it.

We got so very lucky... we were helped by Mio... the gentleman knows the meaning a friendly and helpful service. I had no idea Saturn had such high quality floor staff. The prices were very reasonable and Mio had all the information to help me make the best decision.

It's a ok place to buy something in emergency like accessories but the price is lil higher than online

I needed a new phone. I have looked reviews up and knew what I want. I went to saturn to buy it. Usually I could ask somebody is working there to give me the phone I want if it is available. This time I ended up asking 3 people, and each of them tried to convince me with a specific brand. And when I stick to my mind, the leave me there. I ended up ordering the phone from somewhere else .. and paying extra shipping fees!

You can easily find any product you are looking for. Staff are caring and helpful.

When you order something from them 9/10times they say the don't have it now and they have to order it and it would take sometimes to get to the consumer. In this case I suggest buy directly from the provider online.

One of my favorite tech shops. You have all the high tech, hard and software that you need at relative mid high prices. Nice and friendly staff. The only negative experience I had was one mofo (the only mofo I seen there) almost blinded me by a VR device! I should of sued that mofo!!! But that was an exception everybody else is polite there

Works until 7pm...change the hours so people do not waste time and don't have to deal with staff that is upset at late minute guests.

This review is not about the Saturn chain or their marketing. This is about this particular branch. First of all, it is specious and well organized. You get here and immediately think of calm atmosphere. You have a place to move and check all items on the display. Although Saturn and Mediamarkt are now in one entity you don't feel that overly pressing sensation of deals and sales people constantly rushing you to do something. Here you get a feeling of technology exhibition. You can find your deals here as well, but you know you will get the best quality.

I carried 500 Euro cash to buy some Bluetooth headset, But the employees kept looking at me like I want to steal their item, Most of the employees taught that Asian people poor, As you know most Asian people who traveling to Europe has extra money to spend, Don't look your customers from the RACE and appearance, thank you

Customer service is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Supervisors take constructive critic serious. Products are priced competitively with online only companies. Saturn has a special place in my mind due to the fact I was visiting it back in the 70's as well when it was the only largest music records store in Europe.

This is quite a big and spacious Saturn shop and a place to go to buy electronic goods in Köln which in the famous shopping street of Köln.

The most useless Tech shop ever. My in-store experiences there haven’t been the greatest so I make my orders online and go to pick them up from the store. I ordered a pair of AirPods to be picked up today and I asked them if they have a fitting case for it. Could y’all believe that those good for nothing sales “assistants” were sending me from one colleague to the other? No one could tell me if they had AirPods cases or at what aisle they could be found. After walking round in circles, I had to leave there upset. Very upset! Good place with multiple floors and enough variety of products and brands. You can test lots of them Just keep in mind, they don't have any DELL laptops, so don't count on this branch if you are looking for DELL laptops

A little pricier than media markt but a better shopping experience. Its money well spent though for the helpful staff and better selection.

During my tourist trip to Germany, I visited there to buy an electronic item. I approached to a tall lady, who presumed like an all in all supervisor, for a product detail. She acted as if she didn’t knew English and literally ignored my querry. Later at the check out counter I heard her spell english to another customer. I felt racism first time in Europe from this place. Worst customer experiance.

Concerning albums - CD, vinyl and boxes - it's the best place to look for new releases and classic material for every genre.

Good place for buying any related to electric, audio, computer, mobile phone and household stuff...but most of them can not speak English... Good looking store but bad looking staff...They cupid and need to realize that tourist is very potential buyer... Surprisingly most of the staff are not friendly... Horrible service I waited over half an hour to ask a simple question because there were only 2 workers on a big department, when one of them seemed free I approached him and he told me something in German with an angry tone so I told him “english please” and he told me “nein english” so I tried to ask him with simple words if the other guy speaks english and he intentionally ignored me multiple times Eventually didn’t even ask the question

Accused of stealing Yes as the title suggests, walked in as a Tourist having a general gander. Left the store and the bloke who was security pulled me aside and demanded I emptied my pockets. He took particular fancy towards my portable charger and cable. The powerbank I purchased in 2022 off Amazon, and my Goodman’s Cable which was purchased from B and M in the UK (as the picture will show) He refused to believe me and was ordered into a room to empty pockets. Enter with caution, wasting my time.

Extremely rude personel at security check One person from the security staff took my bag and without asking my permission put everything out although I stated that there were only water and wine in my bag. This happened because the security system was warning due to the barcode of the wine in my bag. Especially as a woman, I found this behaviour extremely rude. If it was asked nicely, I would open my bag for a check. I will never go and buy anything from this store.
