Wir waren gestern früh dort.. meine Mutter hat starke rücken schmerzen die ins Bein ausstrahlen.. nach 2 stunden warten wurde sie vom Arzt auch noch blöd angemacht warum sie denn gekommen wäre, sie solle sich mehr bewegen ( sie ist Putzkraft .. mehr bewegen ?) sie hätte anderen Patienten den platz weggenommen? Danke für nichts, wir wissen jetzt wenigstens in welches Krankenhaus wir NICHT MEHR KOMMEN…

I came from Spain with a plaster splint, twisted my foot there and was given a plaster splint without a real diagnosis. No thrombosis injections etc. The Porzer hospital sent me away, if nothing had broken so I should go to the family doctor. The Eduardus Hospital took care of it immediately, looked at the foot, checked the report, took new x-rays and took a lot of time (of course this only works if there are no emergencies that are more serious). But I felt taken very seriously. They didn't want to just let me have it without new x-rays. TOP AMBULANCE, very friendly!

I find the tone of some of the treating doctors at this hospital (I'm missing the assistant doctor Mr. SKORIC as an example) extremely in need of improvement and presumptuous. It is a scandal when you consider that this unkempt and even primitive way of dealing with your patients in the 21st century. practiced in the middle of Europe. My suspicion about this phenomenon: studying medicine as a prestige and not as a calling and/or lack of emotional intelligence and a weak/unilateral educational background.

It doesn't work at all! Making people with small children sit in the waiting room for over 5 hours. I understand that there are more serious emergencies and that staffing is limited. But the least it would do is for someone to come and tell the people who have been waiting for hours that there is a lot to do and that it could take a lot longer. Then you can decide for yourself whether you want to stay or not. The child was hungry, he was tired, which was understandable at 11 p.m. after 5 hours of waiting. I went home today with severe pain and will probably take a lot of over-the-counter medication over the weekend and the holidays for as long as I can.

Das Gesundheitssystem ist gerade auch in Krankenhäusern wie hier in Deutz mittlerweile so verkommen und gewinnorientiert, daß von den Ärzten schon offen zugegeben wird, daß man sich ohne Privatversicherung oder Arbeitsunfall über die BG keine großen Hoffnungen auf eine vernünftige Behandlung machen sollte. Der hippokratische Eid ist das Papier nicht wert, auf dem er geschrieben steht.

Preferably no star at all. First they had to wait two hours, said that the doctor would come after the handover and then suddenly said that they were understaffed. Don't you already know something like this? Why would you abandon a patient who is in so much pain sitting alone in the waiting room? Why do you make him wait and send him away again with pain and no control? Why are emergencies decided and classified ourselves? They don't want to help you because they don't like it!

All I can say is that I was horrified. The staff and doctors treated the patients as annoying and were very unfriendly to everyone. The lounge is very unhygienic for a hospital.

Ich war in den letzten zehn Jahren schon öfters hier zu Gast. Ob gebrochener Fuß bis hin zur stark blutenden Wunde, hier wurde ich immer gut versorgt. Je nach Art der Verletzung muss man sich hier Zeit mitnehmen. Auch in der momentanen Zeit der Corona Pandemie, ist die Behandlung dank einer Sicherheitschleuse in Form eines Zeltes kein Problem.

Wurde eine Woche vor Weihnachten als Notfall eingeliefert.Wurde bestens und freundlich behandelt.Alles bestens.Danke

Eine Schande, seit 2 Wochen wird man von Krankenhaus zu Krankenhaus verwiesen, keiner möchte helfen und ist für etwas zuständig. Dieses Gesundheitssystem ist dem Untergang geweiht..

Ewige Wartezeit und dann ja könnte das aber auch dies.....sein. Man müsste ein MRT machen. Haben wir aber nicht 😡. Die können angeblich nur Röntgen.

I came in today with an emergency admission certificate. I was there at 11:45 a.m. and still haven't seen a doctor until 3:40 p.m.! The ladies who do the registration at the front are incredibly unfriendly. I am not and will not go here again!

One star is already a lot. Pure disaster. Just lazy socks who don't feel like working. And just make life difficult. The last dirt. The complaint will follow to the medical association.

And off to the university hospital... I would give everyone this advice: choose another hospital if you have the choice. Please!

Doctor Jansen in the emergency room is an excellent doctor! He is very friendly and takes his patients seriously. The nurses in the emergency room were also great and very friendly. I can highly recommend the hospital and Doctor Jansen!

Eternal waiting time, hardly any active feedback. Absolutely not recommended!
