Had an amazing time here by myself! Staff were super polite, and their delivery robot was pretty cool! Food was average, as it tasted the same as any other sushi restaurant. Wait times for food is about 10mins per order. So if you are doing all you can eat, be sure to order your second order as soon as you can! That being said, their drinks and service is perfect! Note:There is a 15 minute wait per order! You are allotted a max 150mins for all you can eat (I think) which is more than enough time to swallow in as much food as you can! Prices: 16euro lunch, 32euro dinner (if I remember correctly)

You can have Beef, Lamb, Salmon, Tuna and other Seafoods. YES! the highlight is the serving robot!! I have bought a deal from Groupon so 2 persons for 49€ exclude drinks ! The ordering system is convenient by IPAD. Food comes quickly and is always correct. It is worth mentioning that the staff is very friendly and helpful too. They can also communicate in English. Sushi is ok, grilled is ok some plates have too much reasoning, rice and noodle is not my cup of tea and ice cream are ok as well. I think you can expect the various food here and nice modern ambient. It is also very convenient since the toilet is located in the restaurant as well. The drinks price is a bit expensive.

So far the best place for all you can eat sushi’s Japanese Restaurant located in the central part of the city. With clean and cosy atmosphere. Very advisable for family and couple visits

For this price one expect certain level of standards. Sushi was big turn off , warm meal were better. Such a turn off. Interior and sitting was good.

Top notch service! The waitress here is really friendly, helpful and attentive towards the needs of the customers. I had a bit of confusion which was cleared away by her. I didn’t even have to ask her, she kind of just knew, which I really liked. Nakoyashi has a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with delicious food choices. The sushi tasted amazing, and they had many sushi items along with various types of udon, grilled meat and fish, vegetables. The presentation of the dishes was eye catching. It also has a bar. I wish I had taken some good photos, however the fragrance of the food was so good that it was weakening me and I forgot to take the them. :p

We used a Groupon to make it a little bit less expensive (around 25 Euro then per person) for the all-you-can-eat. You have then 2 hours to order 5 dishes per person every 15min, most of it delivered by some robot. It's kind of fun, the food was very good and fresh. Definitely thinking about going back but it's expensive even with a Groupon

40min before we could even order and an entire hour before the food came out (just salmon nigiri so not even anything complicated). Food is amazing, but if you dont plan to spend 2h30+ on 5 nigiris i cant recommend it

I would rate it with a 4,5 just for small things. The quality is amazing, you can already see it in the colour of the salmon and also I loved that in the nigirs and rolls there was the perfect amount of rice and a lot of fish. I appreciate that. The place is really nice also and you are being served between the personal and a robot. The personal was really nice to us :)) The only "bad" things to comment: You ask on a tablet and you can order up to 5 times. Also you can order a max of 5 plates per person and order. After ordering the tablet gets locked for 10 min until it finishes the time and u can order again. Also I got a little disappointed bc i checked the menu online and once I got there for lunch, there were quite a lot of plates that were served just for dinner and this was not written anywhere :(( I would have liked to know this in advance. Apart from that I think the quality is super and I would totally recommend it :)

Delicious food, great staff, but make sure you have a reservation specially on weekends otherwise you have to wait a bit to get a table.

The All-you-can-eat section was very tasty especially the sushi! The Kitty robot is very cute and it feels like the technology from Japan is right in front of you.

The food was phenomenal. Really delicious . Worth eating at this place. The service was also great with friendly workers. Would recommend it!

To this current time we have gone here twice. Before 4pm it's 19€ and after its 30€ for all you can eat. It's really tasty and gets better every time. Definitely recommend it.

I was here so many times with my friends. the food was really delicious. Fish was always really fresh and high quality. However, the warm dishes was always too salty. In general, one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Cologne.

I came with 4 friends to the all you can eat lunch buffet. Service was very fast, and some food was delivered by the cute cat-robot, which made the experience even more fun. The portions are pretty large so be careful when you order to not fill up on them, or waste food. Completely recommend! Will come again.

The best sushi place in Cologne! I have been here a few times and I absolutely enjoy the food. The salmon is very fresh. The place has a nice atmosphere and personals are very friendly.

It's a really nice place. And it's digitalized, e.g. ordering food with s tablet, letting you know how long it will take. I liked to observe the servicerobot for the all you can eat "plate delivery". Next time I will try the all you can eat.

The food is very testy ( sushi is amazing exactly what we wanted ). The orders came very fast every round .

Never have I ever had to wait this long for my food. Of the 25 items I had ordered during our stay, only 5 were delivered after 1,5 hours. The music was fine, if it didn't constantly got interrupted by their Spotify ads, telling the restaurant to upgrade to Spotify premium; not exactly professional by any means. My own displeasure was mirrored by the displeasure of the guests around me, I doubt that anyone who visited this establishment tonight will be returning any time soon, if ever. The staff was hard-working and clearly severely understaffed, but because of this they had barely any time for their diners. All in all an abysmal experience, one I hope to never again have to endure.

Good asian food including nigiri sushi and sushi rolls. My kids love the chicken wings and the way that the food is delivered thru a robot! If you are bold, try the grilled squid which is very good!

Friendly service, fair price and very good food. Everyone is stuffed and happy. First we have been sceptical but very positive experience and a good choice. And they got a 😸 robot serving your food.

Did not wait that much from the restaurant at the shopping center but I was positively surprised. Once you get the hold of the system it works good and you’ll get a lot of good Japanese foods. I personally thought that sushi was maybe a weak spot but it does not mean that it was bad. The other food was just better.

The Nakoyashi is an outstanding Restaurant with a very Special Kind of ordering system. The food is brought to the table with Roboter - an awesome experience. The food is just incredibly tasteful. We are looking forward to our next visits!
