Nice large dog meadow, pleasant mix of visitors

You can relax on large meadows and under old trees. There is also a large dog run area with lots of waste containers. Unfortunately, as everywhere, some people throw the rubbish they bring with them next to the bins or next to the benches. Could be a few more seats.

Nice big facility

It is quiet, not overcrowded, there are enough shaded areas and both a separate area for football goals and a table tennis table. The park is so large that everything is well distributed and the areas can be clearly divided. The dog run area is clearly marked and you don't have to notice much of the sports activities. The accessibility is good and the location is quiet and you can quickly get away from the noise of the city.

This large park is located between residential areas and has several entrances. Most of the paths are asphalted but there are also many footpaths. The park offers a lot of meadow, shady trees, a large dog run area, just a table tennis table, a small sandpit and two football goals. There are benches and trash cans, although in my opinion the benches are too few given the size of the park. Otherwise, a new wildflower meadow with fruit trees has been created, which still has to thrive until it becomes visible. The park is very well maintained, quiet and invites you to relax for a long time. Near Xantener Straße you can reach Nordpark via the allotment gardens, so that the walk can be extended and there is also a children's playground there.

A beautiful park in the heart of Nippes. The dog field is full of cool, hip folk and Olaf is their king.

I chill there almost every day and you can always watch people strolling around. I always enjoy going there.
