This is without a doubt the best vegan restaurant I have been to! We couldn’t help ourselves from ordering two appetizers, pizzas and two desserts. I especially loved the Himmel + Äd pizza and skillet cookie, but you can’t go wrong! They also have gluten free, soy free and nut free options. Everything, including the cheese and sauces, is made in house. We ate so much food but it didn’t leave us feeling heavy and tired. It was delicious and I’m looking forward to trying the other menu items soon ☺️

Wow! When my girlfriend wanted to try the new fancy vegan pizzeria in Erhenfeld, I was excited to oblige just by checking the other reviews. Well, now I'm one of them. This was excellent! The food was delicious. Honestly. These vegan Mac&Cheese with truffle were so tasty, I wanted to take another one. The garlic bread was fantastic. And the ice cream (big up to you vanilla 😋) was absolutely terrific! My only regret is that I couldn't taste everything. I will have to come back. Many times! The staff was super nice, thank you to the owners, Alissa and Christoph for their hospitality! The decoration of the restaurant is also very modern and relaxing! That was lovely. So now, as said, I'm one of the excellent reviews. So just follow our example and go to virtuous Pie. You won't regret!

Absolutely amazing vegan pizza, the best I’ve ever tried! All the cheese, sauces, and dough are house-made, you can really taste the high quality of the ingredients. We tried the Skillet Cookie for dessert, it was so delicious. Extremely friendly staff and a very cozy and welcoming aesthetic. This restaurant is not to be missed!

This place has it all - fantastic food combined with fantastic service! I swear, if all vegan food would taste this good, the entire world would go vegan and meat would be gone by tomorrow 🤣 Even if you are not a vegan you should try this place, you simply need to like pizza and quality ingredients, easy as that! The staff were lovely and very friendly and very happy to make recommendations and additions/amendments to pizzas. The bestselling pizza definitely looked the best and most colourful. A lot of the others looked a bit plain. Stranger Wings was tasty but I wish it had had more vegetables - it was mostly sauce and cauliflower.

I just had the Himmel & Äd, a sweet and savory twist on a classic Cologne dish. Everything was vegan and they make their cashew cheese in house. We shared the garlic knots and the gigantic skillet cookie. Highly recommend!

This great plant-based pizza spot in Cologne Germany was suggested to me by some friends. It more than met the expectations! The pizza was delish! The Mac & Cheese was great and the ice cream was super creamy and rich. The ambiance is fantastic and very welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and great to chat with. I will frequent Virtuous Pie every time I visit Cologne Germany! Loved my experience here!

outstanding, perfect sized dishes in a cozy modern ambience - and everything vegan.

Unbelievably good. I have now tried the mushroom pasta, the alfredo pasta, the pesto pizza and the ceasar salad with chick*n. All amazing. My personal favourites were the mushroom pasta and the salad, unbelievably creamy and flavourful. Also love the presentation of the pasta in those small cast iron pots, really adds to the experience. The desserts are out of this world! With the brownie you get a scoop of very good vanilla ice cream. Consistencies are perfect, the warm brownie with the cold ice cream...incredible. The absolute main event however was the cannoli. They had an apple pie flavoured filling (they change the flavours up sometimes) and it was absolutely amazing. The crispy waffle with the creamy filling that absolutely melts in your mouth, it was absolutely delicious. It was the second time I've been back in three weeks and I'll be back soon for sure!

Tasty yet normal and not special but ridiculously overpriced. 20€ + for one soda and a pizza margarita, it’s questionable at best, even considering all components like vegan and gluten free. It looked like it were supposed to be super full, because I could only reserve a table at the latest option, though it was rather empty when we arrived. Amazing staff. Very lovely, and double checking on intolerances vs allergies to make sure you are safe and sound. That’s the an enormous plus. Atmosphere was nice, but generic. No personal touch. It’s modern and works with being the hipster vegan style, yet looks like any place.

Nice restaurant, all dishes are vegan. I personally don't care about veganism. They are able to prepare some pizza as gluten free. Which is important to me. Food taste - it was nice, but you can't expect miracles, its all vegan... Real stuff tastes better.

Excellent vegan pizza and service. We are not vegan but have eaten here multiple times because it’s so delicious. Service was awesome and so is the location! Perfect place to take friends visiting in town or to go out to before a night out in Ehrenfeld.

My first visit here was during gamescom 2023 and I can only say it was absolutely lovely. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, lovely food. Waiting times low, I felt really accommodated. It's not often I actually remember to write a review, but this time I felt like it's necessary to talk about my delight here. Definitely not my last time here, my next task is to complete the menu.

friendly staff and great pizza! I ordered the Margherita pizza and it was so delicious, the dough was thin and tasty, the tomato sauce was just perfect and the vegan cheese had some really nice texture and taste. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a lovely visit to Virtuous Pie. Upon planning our trip to Cologne I had seen Virtuous Pie on HappyCow and immediately knew I wanted to visit. The decor inside the restaurant was really nice and the food was great. We had the Little Italy Pizza and the Mac n Cheese. I forgot to take a picture because we couldn’t wait to try it! We then had the Cannoli for desert which we did manage to get a photo of, also delicious. We were served by one of the owners who was super friendly and made the experience all the more enjoyable! Definitely recommend.

We LOVE Virtuous Pie!!!! Definitely a new favourite spot 😊 Firstly, the food is delicious. Both pizzas we tried, stranger wings and Himmel + Äd, were really flavourful and tasty. The vegan Mac and cheese and skillet cookie are must tries (I am still craving the ice cream!). The service was excellent and the space is very inviting. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely delicious! The Himmel & Ad, and the Sausage and Pepper pizza were great! One of the owners himself made us affogatos with vanilla bean ice cream. So good! Very affordable as well!

There’s no other place of a vegan-glutenfree pizza in town and I am surprised positively that Cologne finally understood the new normal in foodie culture. Also most of the sweets are gluten-free like a carrot cake cannoli, espresso is also good! Good place to have a zoom meeting and a gluten-free option for lunch! Oh, and the camomile-lavender-Limonade is just great, thx for open up this place in Ihrefeld!

I’m not a vegan myself but I like to try all sorts of food. I found the range of recipes exciting. Food was good but all dishes were very fat (bit too much for my taste). I really loved the hot cookie! Service and ambiant were good.
