Excellent hair salon with professional work. I have been extremely satisfied with Elena Stoll's hairdressing salon for years. Both the airtouch and the haircut are just perfect. The atmosphere in the salon is super calm and there is no rush. The appointments are always well allocated, so you don't have to wait long. Elena has mastered the Airtouch technique incredibly well and precisely. I've been asked several times where I dye my hair because it looks so beautiful. Even after 7 months since my last visit my hair still looks great. The head massage that Elena offers is particularly relaxing. It rounds off the overall experience perfectly and ensures pure relaxation. I can recommend Elena Stoll's hair salon to anyone looking for professional work and a pleasant atmosphere. The cut and the advice are simply top!!! Nobody can respond to customers as well as Elena. I have never felt as comfortable at the hairdresser as I did with Elena!

Had a fixed appointment that obviously wasn't entered. I actually just wanted to cut the tips... I could have pushed me in between as a gesture of goodwill. So I left without having accomplished anything. If they had at least been insightful... Now my review will not be published due to an alleged violation of guidelines. Are we now going against every average rating?

I dyed my hair red and I really liked it! they also gave me a color refresher for free which I used for 2 monthes. The staff are really friendly, they also helped me choosing the right red shade for my skin color, and they can also speak english which was a plus for me!

Good advice, a great cut and color, and a very nice end result. The result was exactly what I was hoping for - a beautiful, natural hair color that suits me very well. I felt comfortable and well looked after. A clear recommendation and I will definitely come back!

Ich kann Elena und ihr Team nur empfehlen! Sie hat mein Haar nach einer miserablen Haarfärbung (wo anders) es geschafft, mein Haar nur in einem halben Jahr wieder voll herzustellen!! Mein Haar ist gesund und gut aufgebaut, durch die professionelle Pflege und Färbung von guten Produkten ist mein Haar wieder lebendig und weiterhin blond :) Klare Empfehlung, denn ich bin mehr als sehr zufrieden!

Ich habe lange gesucht und habe wirklich eine Menge Friseure in Köln ausprobiert, jedoch konnte nie jemand mir wirklich zuhören und auf meine Wünsche eingehen. Bei diesem kleinem und gemütlichen Friseurladen mit entspannenden Ambiente wurde ich erhört. Ich habe eine ausgezeichnete Beratung und einen tollen Haarschnitt bekommen. Der Service ist exzellent, die Aufmerksamkeit wurde mir in vollen Zügen geschenkt und der Kaffee schmeckt einfach hervorragend. Keine Spur von Massenabfertigung. Nur zu empfehlen! Ein sehr nettes Team, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Bin schon seit Jahren dort und fühle mich als Kunde mit meinen Fragen und Wünschen jederzeit ernst genommen und sehr gut beraten. Es ist auch nicht so laut und hektisch wie in manch anderen Läden - im Gegenteil. Es ist sehr entspannt, man bekommt ein Getränk angeboten und zum Haare waschen kann man auch auf einem Massage Stuhl Platz nehmen, welcher einem bei der Haarwäsche Bein- und Rückenmuskulatur massiert. Bin immer wieder sehr gerne hier, die Preise sind angemessen.

Ich gehe gerne dorthin. Die Preise sind etwas hoch, aber dafür gibt es Massageliegen beim Haarewaschen

I am happy to have found Elena as my hairdresser. Air Touch at the normal price - is not a given. In addition, with Elena it is always easy to get THE result you want: she is very attentive, competent and professional. Everything will be explained and, if necessary, advice will be given. I always enjoy coming there.

I went for a haircut (maintenance cut) here at Gallina last week, before that my experience was good, so I went for a haircut again, but after the first wash I learned that there are still a lot of split ends and the haircut is not done properly. I am very dissatisfied because my wishes are not being taken into account. Too expensive for the quality of service.
