Unfriendly and sometimes even really brazen doctor - not Mr. Barthold but some other doctor. Apparently people are very keen on quick processing here, otherwise I can't explain why I arrived after 5 minutes Any further complaints were sent home. In my experience, anyone who expects competent medical advice with enough time will be disappointed. Maybe you can be lucky and get a doctor with more professional and social skills, but my experience today was more than bad.

I had an appointment at 10 a.m. today at Dr. Barthold, but was treated by another doctor. After a minute he said everything that needed to be operated on, after an absolutely insensitive treatment. Absolutely not recommended, I stopped the treatment (never happened before) because I felt very uncomfortable. I was the only patient in the practice... understandable.

I booked an appointment via DoctoLib at short notice. In 10 years in Germany, this is the strangest doctor I have ever visited: the practice is completely empty, there is no one at reception, the doctor does everything himself, no form for a new patient and data protection! Absolutely unprofessional First I waited for 15 minutes at an unmanned reception in an empty practice, while it was clearly audible that Dr. Barthold was making a private phone call in the next room. I was then examined for a minute and given a private prescription. The doctor did not want to do a throat swab despite previous failed antibiotic treatment. I then asked if I could do sports, which was answered in the negative when I asked for a certificate for my gym and the answer was, "But only for a fee." I'm not surprised that almost all appointments are still available online - I wouldn't go to Dr. a second time. Barthold go.

What I experienced today is unbelievable 1. Super rude doctor 2. I was hurt and when I cleaned my ear I was always complained that I couldn't work like that 3. I was told I had an infection or polyp on my ear, but it couldn't be diagnosed because I didn't get proper treatment. To top it off, the doctor then stopped the treatment I left crying Never again

I can't understand all the bad reviews. I went to the practice because of my tinnitus, he was the third doctor I had visited, he was the first who examined me very thoroughly and gave me recommendations, such as seeing a neurologist and an orthopedist, and The orthopedist actually found something, while the other ENT doctors only prescribed expensive infusions that didn't help at all, I will definitely continue to stay with this great doctor.
