A lovely place!...

a good place to go

Very nice Schloss close to Düren. They have a cafeteria where you can enjoy a Waffel, Coffee or a Bratwurst. The cafeteria is extremely well organized, I was very positively surprised by them. Also the park around is very big, you can have a relaxing walk for a few hours.

We stopped to walk around the castle-it was closed to go in. And walk in spring forest was fresh and pleasant. Castle surrounded by water and foresty park. As a nice surprise- There are two stands by castle entry - one with yummy waffles and amazing drink out of Prosecco with fresh strawberries puree, and another stand with traditional sausages and beer. Sitting by c Ashley with look to mote waters was so cozy. So nice, that most of usually gloomy germans are smiling to strangers :)).

It was a wonderful experience. The Schloss Burgau is a peaceful place it's a must see when you visit Düren.

Nice and quiet park with a forest. Fun for short and long walks. A nice, quite rustic cafe is inside the castle. Good prices, huge portions and pet friendly.

Cosed, opens back 7 feb.

Had a great meal at Dacapomobil and listened to a German Scottish piper!

A wonderful place to relax with the family. Beautiful park.

Peaceful plce to visit and spend time really amazing view canvassed by nature.

Stopped there after a longer walk and had some nice waffles at the cafe and enjoyed the free exhibition
