Pretty cool place all is perfect but girls serve really very very slow so every time there is a long line of people waiting for their turn to choose and order their Eis, I am downgrading my rating as I have recently noticed they have dropped the portions not the same scoop volumes anymore

Fantastic ice cream and great service. When we went, it wasn't busy; however, we see lineups there on a regular basis. Most people don't seem to care as its good quality at a low price.

Fabulous, Fantastic and Genuine!!!! Very friendly and welcoming staff. The quality of the ice cream is the best ive ever had. Low priced for such great quality. And thankfully i could pay with card there. Also their gift cards make an easy and cheerful gift. Thank you Eis Panciera !!

Very delicious ice cream. Best I have ever eaten. Every time we are in cologne we try to drop by and eat some ice cream here. My recommendations are pistachio and banana ice cream.
