So war und ist es offensichtlich, dass die Mißverhältnisse nicht Zufall auf einer Station waren und sind. Das Personal ist total überlastet und kann in der Schicht einfach die anstehenden Arbeiten nicht erfüllen da auf beiden Stationen größtenteils " internistische" Patienten untergebracht werden, die teilweise extrem pflegebedürftig sind, frisch operiert, oft älter und auch deshalb schon mit mehr Zuwendung behandelt werden müssen. Das ist nicht möglich. Die Geschäftsführung verschleisst die letzten noch verbliebenen Fachkräfte und die Nachkommenden sind leider oft noch nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig und werden so eigentlich zu besseren Laufburschen weil sie für jede Kleinigkeit der Erklärung und/oder Zustimmung der examinierten Kraft bedürfen. Hier hat Jemand von Personalplanung und Personalführunģ nicht die geringste Ahnung und zerstört Tag für Tag den guten Ruf dieses Krankenhauses - vermutlich auch weil ja in Kürze die bereits bestehende Teilhabe der Uni' Klinik wohl eine 100%ige wird. Ich befinde mich noch immer in stationärer Behandlung und musste bereits für 2 Eingriffe in andere Kliniken verlegt werden ( einmal nach Kalk, einmal in die Uni) weil die Eingriffe hier aufgrund von nicht vorhandenen Assistenspersonal nicht durchgeführt werden konnten. Ich würde per Krankentransport hin und nach den Eingriffen zurückgebracht. Leider ist das Hilfspersonal oftmals auch mit den einfachsten Arbeiten, sogar mit dem richtigen Schutz der eigenen Gesundheit auf der Infektionsabteilung, wo derzeit 'zig Covid 19 Patienten tgl. eingeliefert werden, überfordert, weil sie es einfach nicht verstehen und ihnen die Qualifikation für diese hochgefährlichen Arbeiten fehlt. Wie bereits geschrieben - alle geben mehr als 100% und riskieren tgl. ihre eigene Gesundheit um unsere wiederherzustellen und erfahren weder Dank noch Unterstützung durch die Personalleitung/Geschäftsführung. Meine Damen, meine Herren die Sie der Geschaftsführung des Evang. Klinikum Köln Weyertal angehören - Sie sollten sich schämen, dass Sie diese Zustände produziert haben und weiterhin zulassen. Darauf hin suchte die Uniklinik in Köln auf die mich dann kurz untersuchten und mich dann zum Weyertal Klinikum abtransportierten. Dort angekommen wurde mir sofort geholfen. Nach wenigen Untersuchungen stand die Diagnose fest und eine Notoperation folgte. Mittlerweile habe ich die dritte Op hinter mir und bin auf dem Weg der Besserung. Ich habe den Ärzten und dem tollen Pflegepersonal viel zu verdanken und bin ihnen sehr dankbar für alles. Nichts und Niemand ist perfekt und dennoch ist es ein wirklich tolles Klinikum welches ich nur empfehlen kann. Ich bin während ich diese Bewertung abgebe noch in stationärer Behandlung und fühle mich hier bestens aufgehoben. Das wollte ich einfach mal loswerden... Bleiben Sie gesund und alles Gute!
