Very friendly service, fine coffee ☕️ in the Maritim Hotel. Very good cake 🍰 and very pleasant atmosphere. To have a small but delicious breakfast. Very cozy atmosphere.

Just sad, ordered cocoa, latte, cheese and apple pie. After about 5 minutes everything arrived except for the apple pie. We waited first, when the table next door was completely served, the guests ordered after us, the waitress came to us and announced that the apple pie was up. When I looked at the table next door, I saw the last piece of apple pie. When we paid, an attempt was made to charge us for the cake we hadn't received. After a lot of back and forth, we had to pay 80 cents less than with the cake, as there was no complete price. Two stars only because the cheesecake was edible

Very bad service. We waited a long time for coffee and cake. We finally got it ourselves at the counter, like other guests. The waitress explained that it was full, but that wasn't true. The situation was the same on our last visit. This was the last visit to this “store”.

The ambience is very nice. But that after 5 minutes there are no rolls, sausage and butter, and that you have to wait over 30 minutes for a latte macchiato. This is sad for a café that is in the Maritim Hotel. And 2 stars is already a lot.

Every year... Met up for coffee on Christmas Day with friends who were staying at the Maritim. Even when it became emptier, the staff (three waitresses) were completely overwhelmed. We waited over half an hour for the cake and another 15 minutes for the coffee. Last year it was the same problem. This year as an improvement: there was no icing on the cake.

We went there for breakfast yesterday and it was really great. There was a "German" breakfast buffet. The price-performance ratio is really great. The service was very friendly. Highly recommended for breakfast without high expectations!

Wanted to reserve a table for Weiberfastnacht on Tuesday. When I first called, no one was able to help me. I was supposed to ask again 10 minutes later. Then I did that too. A lady told me that no reservations were being accepted for that day and that we should just come by, which is what we did. When we wanted to have breakfast with you on Weiberfastnacht, we were denied access to the café. We then called the café and a lady waved at us to come up. Nevertheless, we were denied access. The lady could then neither be reached in person nor by telephone. We got sick because we waited over an hour. Conclusion: Unfriendly, disorganized, poor customer service. I won't come here anymore. But above all, incompetent.
