3 starts hotel I stayed in this hotel from 19 September 2021 to 26 September 2021. Very calm hotel, nice staff, breakfast was good. Very close to the train station and city center 2 minutes walking. Clean hotel and close also to the river. No Elevator available only you can use the stairs. Please note if you arrived after 4 pm you will not find the reception available and the hotel door is close. So one day before the arrival to the hotel please check your email and you inbox on booking.com and you will find the instructions how you will get the key from check in boy on from of the hotel beside the hotel door. Good Experince for the first time to be on cologne and Germnay. Also the hotel was full of old people. So if you are energetic and you are looking for fun and more loud life please don’t go there. And if you are looking for quite life and hotel to sleep and relax and of the day, please go there: Also please note that the internet is not strong enough and is weak.

Great location for a quick trip to Cologne, just a few minutes from the train station. Very quiet neighborhood and just minutes from all the restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was very good. I would definitely recommend Hotel Muller!

Very good room. The room are not big, but all necessary equipment are in the room.

Clean, cheap, comfy room, good polite service, located right across the HBF, and only 20 minute walk from the Messe station. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was lovely! It was so close to the train station which made it great! The room was very clean and the hotel staff were great! Would absolutely stay again, and would recommend this hotel for your stay in Köln!!

I’m sure the larger rooms were nice but if you’re a solo traveler, know that you’ll be put into a very small room with a very uncomfortable twin bed. The location makes up for it, especially with a normally affordable rate, but not the price during Karneval weekend. Otherwise, clean with a nice shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating. As stated, in a great part of town yet away from the heavy crowds. You must have coffee/pastry at Jlöcklich Barista Café just NW of the hotel near one of the old city gates and eat/drink at Max Stark just north of the hotel!

Great experience at Hotel Müller thanks for to the lovely welcome by the host. Bedrooms have a nice and cute terrace to enjoy. Breakfast is quite complete with everything you could want available for you.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Cologne last weekend. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Hotel set in a great location, only a few mins walk from the station, the Dom cathedral and all the other tourist restaurant and bar areas near the river. Ideal for a short weekend break.

The location is perfect, in a quiet street minutes from the railway station, cathedral, riverside and Museum Ludwig. My room was compact but clean and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was amazingly good value. Above all, the atmosphere in the hotel was wonderfully friendly, due to the warm welcome from the owner.

The location is excellent and the owner was so lovely! I was in the loft room and as there is no elevator he offered to carry up my bags. My room was large and there was a kettle. You have a private bathroom but it is separate/adjacent to the bedroom. I really enjoyed my stay.

Small hotel very conveniently situated 2 min walk from the train station. The owner was particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom too. Didn’t have breakfast there so can’t judge. Relatively quiet considering the proximity with the train station and the very touristy area. Reservation made with booking•com, no complication whatsoever for check-in or check-out. Price very reasonable.

Good rooms When we approached about the big luggage’s we brought, the reception person immediately gave us room in the first floor itself where we where already allotted in the 3rd floor , Thanks for him. One problem is they don’t have lift in the hotel. We can very easily access to hbf koln station.

Really sweet and charming little hotel. The breakfast was great, the room cozy and staff friendly. It was a bit run down overall but it didn't really bother us since we were out in the city most of the time anyway ;)

I went here in August with a friend and we really appreciate the kindness of the staff that give us some suggestions about the city, the cleanliness of the room (also it was very beautiful), the lovely breakfast and it isn't very expensive for the services they offer. Furthermore, the hotel is near to the city centre and the neighborhood is nice! I recommend you this place and if I come back I will for sure stay here again!

This little hotel is cheap and cheerful! So close to all main attractions. Room was spotless with excellent air con and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was tasty with something for all tastes. There is no elevator so be ready for stairs. Perfect hotel if you aren't expecting major luxury. Would definitely stay here again 100%!

I stayed here for one night and really like this hotel! It's very economical, clean and friendly. The breakfast was delightful, with many options including eggs, bread, cereal, fruit, tea, etc. My room was small but comfortable and well organized. The owner gave me a map and told me about many nearby attractions.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location - 5 minutes to the water and to the cathedral and less than 5 minutes to the main train station. The street it is in, is quiet so despite being central it’s very peaceful. The room was big and very well arranged. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place in cologne!!

Really great location, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the room was extremely hot and facing a loud street on the ground floor so we couldn’t open the windows at night. I found a hair in the towels that definitely did not belong to me, and mold in the shower ceiling, as well as water damage on the ceiling in the room. There was also a sofa with a strange bedspread over it, is it an extra blanket? We didn’t get extra sheets but it was quite unseemly having a random blanket without sheets draped over the sofa, I would highly recommend removing it. Breakfast was quite good, only thing is that you can get it for free by leaving a review, so maybe some positive reviews have been slightly skewed positively. Overall it was fine for one night, but I wouldn’t book it again.

Mr. Muller is a very friendly person and helps immediately. The breakfast was ok, coffee was good and the location was great. I strongly recommend for short stays.

Our room was nice and clean The dining area is very cute with great breakfast Location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the Dome and from the river bank, and the central train station is even closer. The owner of the hotel was super helpful. I can recomment this place to everyone.

The room is so clean and the stuffs like bed, towels are very neatly arranged. And the location is so nice that you can go to most of the tourist attractions by foot. Above all things, the owner was so kind; he explained that the best way to enjoy Cologne!

Great hotel next to the train station! The rooms are big and we were able to check in early which was super convenient. There was a safe in our room as well which was great. This was our second hotel we’ve stayed at in Cologne and definitely our favorite, and we will definitely return here when we’re back in town!

Very good, clean accommodation in a super location! Close to the cathedral, the shopping street, the train station so it is very convenient to get around the city from here. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and the owner was very nice and helpful, plus he gave us tips for planning our itinerary. We will definitely return next time we are in Cologne! :)

I spent a nice moment at this hotel with a very warm welcome from the host! The breakfast was reallly good and the bedrooms are cleaned ( only a bit warmed) but very quite and with some balcony! I recommend this hotel.

Typical good german hotel: clean rooms, delicious sausages, muesli and cheese for breakfast. Staff speaks German and English (someone even Russian). The place of the hotel is a perfect accommodation: all the town sights are maximum two kilometres far from, main railway station. WI-FI works excellent.

Small Hotel very well located, in a very quiet street and only 5 minutes walk from the train station and the Cathedral. The room is comfortable and well equipped and the bathroom have an generous size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend it and I’ll certainly come back.

Hotel is located right in the city centre with a 2 minute walk from the train station. The Christmas markets are about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of items and drinks. The room was nice and have a safe, all the staff we met where kind and friendly.

Good location, clean, beds were very comfortable. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was okay, typical German style.... cereal, cold meats, cheese, bread rolls etc. Only downside is that we were in room 11 which is at the front of the hotel by the entrance..... guests would stand outside smoking which if we had the window open would make our room smell (both of us are non-smokers). Otherwise a great hotel to use as a base to see Cologne

The location of the Mueller guest house is perfect.The staff is very friendly..The price is reasonable.. a full breakfast was included in the price of the room..I have been staying at the Mueller guest house for years and will continue to do so on my visits to Cologne...

We had a pleasant stay in cologne. Hotel Müller is a central affordable accommodation. The rooms are simple but sufficient. We booked as 2 persons one room and could get only 2 single beds, but that is fine. We had a good night sleep. The AC was a pleasant surprise. Internet is kind of slow, but who is on vacation for spending most of the time in hotel? The service personal was very kind and explained us with a map which places are worth to visit and recommended restaurants and breweries.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Müller Köln! The double room was comfortable, and the mattresses provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to Köln Hbf made it incredibly convenient for travelers like myself. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. Good location, close to the station, Dom and all the shops and restaurants. Yet in a quiet neighbourhood so no noise at night. Comfortable beds. Nice hot coffee and varied breakfast. Friendly staff.
