We advise our Luxembourguish friends to visite Köln and to go especially in this hotel very well located and with a great staff.

The Hotel Conti Trip Inn is a great place to be around Aachener and Maastrichter Strasse. It is well located if you want a dynamic and pleasant environment. Coffees, restaurant, shops, parcs : you find everything easily around you day and night. The team of the hotel is nice, the receptionist team, the breakfast one, the house cleaners but also the technical team (to fix your sink asap for example) are nice, diligent and very helpful. It was a nice stay and we wish the best to the team of this great hotel located in a wonderful area.

Context: Stayed here with my wife and friends in Jul-2022. Arranged at short notice after Airbnb let us down. Pros: On Brusselerstrasse, part of an area with lots of good restaurants, and easy to get to centre of town. Desk staff friendly. Room windows can be open completely which is much better than most hotels. Breakfast included. Reasonable outdoor seating area. Cons: Bed set up was different to our booking. One large flat pillow. Had to ask for towels. Quite loud until late on a weekend. Few power sockets - glad I brought a runner socket.. Limited place to store cases. Not comfortable to sit around in room. Door says best prices offered inside; desk staff said best prices offered online (and the online prices were about 25% less). Overall: Probably a little overpriced, but would be happy enough to stay here again..

Good hotel situated in a fine area. You have food and frolic just around the corner. Good connections via public transport and the city center is actually not too far away by foot either. The rooms are comfortable ( though the pillows could be better ). The breakfast too is worth the buy in case you want to start early and have a good meal to start the day. All in all, a good choice to stay when you are in Cologne

Ok room. Nice with window towards the back yard when travelling in the job. It was not too loud even though it was carnival. Very squeaky bed. Breakfast was OK. Lovely staff! Location is perfect in the Belgian quarters. Close to the Uni as well as bars, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the Dome.

Such friendly and helpful staff, wow! They were really always smiling and ready to help. This makes me want to come back instantly. I was also stunned with the size of a bathroom, considering it was a single room with a small bed. All in all very clean, comfy hotel in an extremely cool location. Loved the pillows here. The only downside: would be helpful for room service to not try entering your room at 9am when they know you are checking out today (at 11), but it’s a usual case in many hotels, unfortunately.

It was a good place with a friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the surroundings of the hotel is fully loaded with restaurants and delis. Tram stop was also nearby. It was hardly 15 mins from Köln Hauptbahnhof.

I loved the location of the hotel. Many transport are available. However the rooms were extremely small and the cleaning could be improved.

A wonderful hotel in a great area. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, cinema a five minute walk away, laundromat around the corner. The twin room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.

Rooms are clean, worst staff ever. Currently no wifi.

The lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Rolling her eyes and sighing at even the smallest request. Making derogatory comments about our age and name. The hotel itself is recommended if you are visiting the center or the Christmas markets.

The hotel is in a really convenient location close to public transport and close to the city center.. However the room we had was a different story. We were on the 5th floor but the elevator only went till the 4th. In itself not a big deal. The room was off okay size a bit on the small end compared to most hotels. The room had no cooling so with summer heat it was close to unbearable. The shower cabin almost felt like it was falling apart. The double bed was actually a twin bed moved next to eachother but you can clearly notice the room was not made for it. The only power sockets in the room ended up in the middle of the bad. Sadly cannot recommend this place especially when the temperature is above 25c.

I was second week of September 2019 there. Very dirty room, very dirty toilet, I wrote an Email about that after my being there, have became no answer till yet. But the hotel is in a good location near party street and supermarkets.

I canceled my reservation in 10 minutes after payment had been done. There were very noisy in the room because windows look out to the restaurant kitchen. I need to have a rest and to drive next day long way to France, so I asked to cancel reservation and to refund me my money back. I have printed document that refund was done. It was 6th of April and still I didn't get my money back. I wrote a lot of letters to this hotel providing all information that they asked. I called to them but no result. It is looks like cheating. Never turn to any hotel of this hotel chain tripple inn. There administration whants still your money.

Beautiful hotel, simple but effective. Small rooms but with all you need. Staff is friendly, breakfast is rich. No restaurant or bar but the neighborhood has got all you need from restaurants, kiosks and supermarket (aldi). Close to many means of transportations that unfortunately do not load well on Google. They cleaned my room despite me not hanging the "clean my room" ticket and so i felt kinda disturbed by having found all my things moved. Note i only stayed a couple nights so the room couldn't have been in tremendous need for a mandatory cleaning after only one day.

Very good location and good breakfast but horrible service. There are not double beds for but two single beds. We were given a pilow which looked more like a small duvet cover. First time trying to change it, no chance with the "sympatic guy". Next date we tried again and the woman who was there at night got angry with me saying that the hotel was very old. She went down to get me an even worst pilow. When I came back saying that thay pilow was not acceptable she told me pointing me with her finger to calm down again. Finally, she gave me a decent pilow. Next day we put the signal to clean our room and they did not clean it. When the next day we ordered a taxi very early and the guy at the reception was very rude. Also the woman in the kitchen whe we entered the kitched (as the receptionist advised us to do) she got mad with us. The window of our room was brocken and did not close properly.

This is the worst hotel I have ever met. The front desk service is terrible. When you respond some problems, the hotel doesn’t try to solve them, but they just say that they can do nothing. The hotel is not equipped with air conditioner, so the room is very hot. At night, it’s too hot to sleep in summer. The hotel doesn’t provide electrical fan, and they told me that my friend and I are very “lucky” because we don’t live on the fifth floor where is hotter! What a ridiculous response. Since we can’t sleep well because of the poor facility of the hotel, and checked out in advance, which made me lose a lot of money. To sum up, the hotel is where the boss just want to make money, but provide poor service!

Dirty carpet and dirty walls inside the room on the first floor near the stairs. Smoke from smoking area can easily go through the room. Can easily hear noise from other rooms. Although the staff were very friendly.

I have been in Centro Hotel Conti for one night in last December with my wife. It's true that the hotel place is good and in general it's a good hotel, but I want to share with you these three points that really didn't made my stay cool there: 1. I was really surprised that to park a car you need to pay 12 euro per night. There is no information about it in the website. That was the first surprise. 2. When we entered to the room there was cigarettes smell. I used to smoke some years before and I know what a cigarette smell is. My wife is allergic of it. We opened the window for 10 minutes to change the air but in vain. So, we decided to contact the reception. The problem is that he came with us and said that he smelled nothing! He switched from a kind receptionist to a rude one. Imagine it's like if you are seeing me and saying is there someone here? When I insisted, he found another way to defend himself saying that we used the room and he cannot change it for us. Honestly, I was about to leave the hotel and book somewhere else. But with his attitude I insisted again. After calling his manager he decided with a sad voice that we can have another room. That one was better. 3. The breakfast was poor, really poor. Nothing cooked for example. I almost touched nothing and just ate some cereals. The woman in the morning was kind by the way.

Excellent hotel. It should have A.C, in summer you have only one little fan! But besides of that, the rooms are very clean, and great bed! And I have no words with breakfast. ONE OF THE BEST! Amazing food. The location is 15/20 minutes to KOLUMBA or the Cathedral. And the route to there is full of amazing restaurants and lots of shops! I love Cologne!

Good basic hotel. Some rooms larger than others though as our party had a few so we could compare. Only one flat square pillow per bed with no spares in the cupboard that we get used to with the British budget chains. No kettle in the room! I need 2 brews before I can move in the mornings. Front facing rooms can be noisy, we went in December. Would hate to go in summer when the windows need to be left open. Breakfast was good quality continental style food. Price was great and only 25 mins from the airport.

Great value for money! Bit outdated But clean and perfect location,close to restaurants ,city centre 20minutes walk,parking is 15euro but we were glad to get it as on the street would be hard. Reception Staff is nice and helpful,breakfast was OK. Definitely we would stay here again!
