Short
warning,
upon
arrival
they
demand
you
to
pay
a
bed-tax
even
though
booking.com
specifically
states
that
there
are
no
extra
charges
allowed
upon
arrival.
Around
5€
per
person,
per
night.
I
did
an
apprenticeship
as
hotel
manager
and
this
is
somewhat
normal
in
germany
but
highly
controversial
even
with
locals.
The
rooms
are
pretty
amazing
and
modern,
we
even
had
an
AC
and
a
small
fridge.
The
beds
were
a
bit
small
but
otherwise
we
were
really
happy
with
everything.
It
all
felt
clean
too,
which
you
cant
say
from
every
hotel.
There
was
nothing
wrong
with
the
service,
but
some
extra
info
on
arrival
on
how
to
use
the
room
would
have
been
nice.
Where
to
go
eat
for
example
or
how
the
room
lights
work
(they
are
really
weird).
When
we
arrived
there,
there
was
also
a
marriage
celebration
or
something
like
that
hosted.
They
were
basically
partying
next
to
our
room
for
2
consecutive
days
in
the
night
right
next
to
our
room.
We're
young
and
we
get
it
but
this
would
honestly
be
unacceptable
if
we
were
a
family
with
kids,
elderly
or
anyone
with
a
normal.sleeping
schedule.
Luckily
we
dont
mind
being
awake
until
midnight.
I
worked
as
hotel
manager
for
3
years
and
we
would
have
automatically
compensated
with
free
breakfast
for
something
like
this
because
theres
no
way
you
can
just
assume
your
guests
to
be
okay
with
that.
The
location
is
god
awful
though,
actually
somewhat
far
from
the
city
and
theres
nothing
good
nearby
to
go
get
something
to
eat.
This
would
be
no
problem
if
the
Hotel
had
a
restaurant,
WHICH
IT
DOES
NOT.
You
also
absolutely
shouldnt
come
here
if
you
are
by
foot,
everything
is
just
too
far
away
by
foot.
Not
only
should
you
come
here
by
car
only,
they
also
have
no
parking
spots
specifically
for
guests.
We
had
to
park
10
minutes
away
from
the
hotel
because
there
was
nothing
free
and
full
of
trucks.
I
was
told
on
the
phone
"there
are
free
public
parking
spots,
it
wont
be
an
issue"
but
it
was.
This
could
also
just
be
a
problem
caused
by
that
wedding
celebration,
so
this
might
have
just
been
pretty
bad
luck
on
our
part
but
I
can
only
rate
our
personal
first-hand
experience.
The
breakfast
buffet
is
very
barebones
and
basic,
it
costs
12,60€
per
person
per
day.
We
paid
over
300
bucks
per
night
(without
breakfast),
which
makes
it
a
pretty
awful
experience
for
that
price.
The
price
is
partially
caused
by
the
Gamescom
convention/season
but
there
isnt
anything
to
back
it
up
with
aside
from
the
nice
room.
This
place
isn't
bad,
I
would
just
not
recommend
it
because
in
hindsight
its
pretty
easy
to
find
something
better
for
that
price.
Really
the
only
thing
being
the
problem
is
charging
so
much
for
something
so
barebones.
