The hotel is very good. Small but nice. The double rooms are quite large, but the whole hotel itself seems rather small. The location is great, you can be in the city center in 10 minutes and the staff is very helpful if you don't know your way around the city. The breakfast is quite small but is completely sufficient. Everything is clean and quite new. It's not a luxury hotel but a hotel where you can spend the night if you just want to see the city for a bit.

We had very nice, large rooms under the attic. Since the house is old, the stairwell and elevator are narrow.

Everything is clean, well-kept, personal wishes are taken into account, the rooms are in a quiet location, a simple, well-run hotel. Parking is a problem in this part of the city.

Its a small but nice Hotel just a few minutes Away from the Messe. The rooms are tidy, the personal very friendly. Breakfast Buffet is ok.

Worst service ever! We made a reservation 3 months ago to book 2 rooms for Gamescom, which was cancelled by the hotel today (5 days prior arrival) without any effort to fix this issue fast. I had to call them 3 times to get an update on our room status, just to receive a final email telling me they can't do anything for us. Super disappointed!

Great hotel, great services, very nice staff

A very nice, small hotel in a quiet location. The service was always friendly and helpful! The bottom line is that you get very good accommodation for a very fair price! We wanted a centrally located accommodation so that we could get to the city center in a short time to shop and party and also just to look at the beautiful squares and places in the city! It remains to be noted that we couldn't have imagined it better and that we were very satisfied!

As usual for years, simply excellent, super renovated, very friendly staff. I'm looking forward to being there again in December.
