Bought
a
law
degree
privately
two
years
ago
with
good
advice
and
friendly
service.
Now
given
for
inspection
and
basic
service
before
the
warranty
expires.
Saturdays!
Collection
should
be
on
Wednesday,
a
message
will
be
sent!
When
the
original
box
was
handed
in,
it
was
rudely
not
accepted
and
rejected.
My
call
on
Thursday!

shop
and
hang

interrupted
by
one
of
my
employees)

Mr.
Becker
answered
the
phone.
I
kindly
noticed
that
I
might
change
the
text:
"we'll
be
there
for
you
straight
away"
without
any
malicious
intent
(customer
advice,
toilet
or
something
else
could
be
the
case)!
I
was
then
shouted
at
and
insulted
loudly.
Then
I
shouldn't
call
every
3
minutes
and
stopping
everything
was
the
least
of
it!
I
was
shocked!
Never
in
over
40
years
have
I
treated
a
customer
like
this,
never,
no
matter
what
they
said
or
did!
Device
was
not
ready!
I
set
a
deadline
for
the
following
day,
picked
up
the
device
ready,
picked
it
up
almost
without
a
word
(thank
you)
and
that
was
it!
I
will
never
contact
this
store
again,
drive
50
km,
rather
drive
100
km
and
experience
service
and
friendliness.
According
to
reviews,
other
people
also
have
these
experiences!
The
store
is
not
the
only
one!

called
for
the
first
time
on
Tuesday!
The
call
on
Monday
from
my
wife
was
solely
to
coordinate
the
process
and
pick
it
up,
as
the
sister
had
dropped
off
the
device.
She
was
kindly
informed
by
the
employee!
The
device
was
purchased
privately
for
private
use
(no
VAT)
I
had
contact
with
her
on
Tuesday
without
any
complaints:
friendly!
I
called
3x,
not
6
times
and
there
wasn't
a
single
phone
number
from
Hüsten
on
the
contact
telephone
number
given
for
inquiries
😳

Mr.
Becker
claims
🤔)!
By
the
way,
I
never
start
a
conversation
negatively,
because
there
are
many
reasons
for
not
being
able
to
answer
the
phone
(see
above)!
Your
behavior,
Mr.
Becker,
does
not
require
any
further
evaluation
or
justification.
I
won't
comment
on
this
anymore
and
hope
that
other
customers
will
be
spared
this!
