    We didn't buy our first fully automatic coffee machine from an espresso shop. The selection here is very extensive. We were always given very good and detailed advice. We were also given the opportunity to try out the machines that were on our shortlist and taste freshly prepared coffee from them. The fully automatic machine that we then bought was explained to us in great detail and understandably and was put into operation directly in the store. A previous fully automatic machine that needed repairs was repaired as quickly as possible and at a fixed price! The annual service that we always have done at the espresso shop is highly recommended and very affordable. This extends the “life” of the fully automatic machine considerably! Our last one, which we replaced after 10 years, was passed on to a family member because it still works perfectly, and he has actually made tens of thousands of cups of fresh coffee. Likewise, the service from the team at the espresso shop in Arnsberg - Neheim is always top-notch, even after the purchase. In our opinion, the ESPRESSO SHOP deserves 5 stars plus!

    I bought an ECM Model Classika PID portafilter machine from the store. When we picked it up, the staff was very nice and tried very hard. But you noticed that not many of these machines were sold in the shop. That’s why you should contact ECM directly if you have “flaws or problems” with the machine.

    Was vir place because my law didn't go the way I wanted it to. Since it was still under warranty, everything was discussed professionally and I could have left it there or contacted the seller. The man of the house gave me the crucial tip and I was able to fix the problem myself at home. Thank you

    I would have liked to get a better impression of the coffee I bought, but that wasn't possible. It was only when I got home that I noticed that the 250g beans were not packed in plastic/aluminum bags, but rather paper bags that were just rolled up. You can use bags like this for tea, but for coffee? I've never experienced that before. Coffee beans must be in an airtight packaging, which must also be sealed. For someone who deals in coffee products, I would have assumed that such basic knowledge would be available. Accordingly, the coffee beans smelled - completely outgassed and "old". I tried it anyway, which only confirmed it. Unfortunately for the bin.

    Bought a law degree privately two years ago with good advice and friendly service. Now given for inspection and basic service before the warranty expires. Saturdays! Collection should be on Wednesday, a message will be sent! When the original box was handed in, it was rudely not accepted and rejected. My call on Thursday! 1x 18 minute hold (then I had to accept a call from my specialist shop and hang up) 2x 9 minute hold (again I was interrupted by one of my employees) 3x after 4 minutes Mr. Becker answered the phone. I kindly noticed that I might change the text: "we'll be there for you straight away" without any malicious intent (customer advice, toilet or something else could be the case)! I was then shouted at and insulted loudly. Then I shouldn't call every 3 minutes and stopping everything was the least of it! I was shocked! Never in over 40 years have I treated a customer like this, never, no matter what they said or did! Device was not ready! I set a deadline for the following day, picked up the device ready, picked it up almost without a word (thank you) and that was it! I will never contact this store again, drive 50 km, rather drive 100 km and experience service and friendliness. According to reviews, other people also have these experiences! The store is not the only one! Addition to the answer: I called for the first time on Tuesday! The call on Monday from my wife was solely to coordinate the process and pick it up, as the sister had dropped off the device. She was kindly informed by the employee! The device was purchased privately for private use (no VAT) I had contact with her on Tuesday without any complaints: friendly! I called 3x, not 6 times and there wasn't a single phone number from Hüsten on the contact telephone number given for inquiries 😳 (as Mr. Becker claims 🤔)! By the way, I never start a conversation negatively, because there are many reasons for not being able to answer the phone (see above)! Your behavior, Mr. Becker, does not require any further evaluation or justification. I won't comment on this anymore and hope that other customers will be spared this!

    A very good shop for fully automatic coffee machines. Very good service for the devices too. We were informed by the espresso shop that the warranty was expiring and therefore offered another service for the machine where everything was checked. No problem with the provision of loan machines during the inspection. Appointment fits. An all-round good feeling about the store, I would buy a fully automatic machine there again at any time.

    We are very satisfied with our Jura Z10. We received detailed advice in the store. Our 2-year-old Nivona machine was traded in and when we picked up the new machine we were given instructions on the new device, which we found to be very helpful.     Our Jura Z8 was having problems and needed service. After going back and forth to the electrical wholesaler, we came across the espresso shop and are extremely happy! The machine is running great again, the service was great and what needed to be done was explained in detail and in a very friendly manner. We are thrilled and would love to come back!!! We will definitely buy the next machine from you on site!

    Overall a great and nice shop. Everything is explained in detail, but financing for foreigners is excluded. The lady explained that the credit institution the store works with only accepts German identification documents. As a foreigner you can buy the coffee machines in cash, but unfortunately you cannot finance them. So unfortunately only a shop for Germans or foreigners who can pay in cash immediately.😂
