We got burgers 🍔 even short before closing the kitchen Burgers were good

The environment is very very nice, just like the attendance. The hamburger is very good, but the pommes were dry, not so nice. The prices are not low, but not so high.

Internet Wifi system sucks. 5 of us tried it never sent a password. Hello get rid if that Lacom system wifi is garbage. Food was average at best. As an American Im very familiar with fast food. BLT had way too much lettuce not enough tomatoes. Fries were Mc Donald's style cut. XL currywurst was good but then we're in Germany in an American style diner. Plenty of seating and parking. Service was fast and with a smile. Would try again...

Little pricy but first American Diner in NRW you could find. To get the american vibe why not try here. Foods were good but not exactly the taste of USA. But good chooices of steak, burgers and fingerfoods. I took vanilla milkshake it tasted like milk with vanila ice cream. It wasn't even that special, Diners speciality should be Shakes. Well if price was little lower than everyone could come and enjoy the American Themed foods. Service are quick but waiting time for food is longer because Restaurant in weekend or Dinner time always packed. Guten Appetit 😋✌🏽

The food is way overpriced for the quality. Had two burgers and the patty is really low quality and very thin. Fries like McDonald's. Milkshake was nice. 40 Euros for 2 Burgers, Milkshake and water. Quality/Price ratio not good

Really below average food. Disappointed with the quality of food in general. Dry and tasteless McDonald's style fries. Dry burger buns and the meat was very poor quality. Very expensive when you consider the quality. Milkshake was nice and the staff were friendly and offered fast service. It was good to see gluten free options which my fiancé had. What was noticeable was that there is no English menu.

Nice US franchise restaurant in Germany. Located together with a gas station and a convenience store. Food is great and come in a good portion. Service is ok, but can delay a lot when it's quite full. Prices are ok; as expected. There are some parking spots in front of the restaurant. Toilet is shared with other companies and paid.

We are an Anglo Lithuanian couple and found our waiter to be particularly friendly, attentive and engaging. The setting isn't the most authentic and the food not the best (it's also a bit pricey) but that being said it had its own charm, was clearly very popular and the food tasted good. The draught beer was also crisp, cold and the lines were definitely clean.

I love this place. The food is great, the ambiance is nice and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I happily come here for the best diner style burger in Frechen.

Typical burger restaurant like in the US, the food is ok but could contain some more fresh ingredients like vegetables etc. This is not a limitation for meatlovers

Beautiful atmosphere. Friendly family restaurant. Clean, quick and abundant meals. All crew members speak English. Very well recommended for those who are in mood for comfort food. They accomodate allergens information and all staff were friendly to children. Pets are welcomed. We were so grateful we had our family dinner there in Miss Pepper! Definitely will come again! I miss pepper and salt.. That's why Miss Pepper was my choice for breakfast for dinner. Pepper and salt on every single table. The food was great and the staff professional and sharp.

This was my first time in Miss Pepper in Frechen, I was in Bergheim before and it was so great there that I was worried that Frechen won't fulfill my high expectations. Luckily, Miss Pepper did it again. Great food for reasonable prices, very friendly service and nice clean place in american diner style. I can highly recommend their homemade ice teas and juicy ribs with very good herb butter bread. Will be coming back for sure!
