I
can't
say
anything
bad
about
the
online
store
and
the
service.
The
quality
of
my
two
pairs
of
MBT
shoes
(sports
sneakers
and
leather
sandals)
is
also
excellent.
However,
I
bought
the
shoes
to
better
activate
the
blood
circulation
in
my
legs
after
a
leg
vein
thrombosis
had
healed
and
to
alleviate
back
pain
caused
by
sitting.
This
seemed
to
work
somewhat
at
first.
So
I
integrated
the
roller
skates
more
and
more
into
my
everyday
life
over
the
course
of
about
six
months.
It
occurred
to
me
that
there
is
an
increased
risk
of
painfully
twisting
an
ankle
when
wearing
roller
skates
on
uneven
terrain.
This
happened
to
me
three
times.
However,
this
is
not
the
reason
that
I
only
give
it
one
star.
After
the
six
months
of
getting
used
to
it,
I
only
wore
my
two
pairs
of
MBT
roller
skates
for
three
months.
And
since
I'm
an
active
person,
I
do
it
very
often.
Everywhere.
Suddenly,
however,
I
noticed
more
and
more
cramps
in
my
legs
and
then
there
was
excruciating
pain
from
my
toes
all
the
way
up
to
the
back
of
my
pelvic
bones.
First
on
the
left,
then
in
both
legs.
So
bad
that
I
could
only
sleep
at
night
with
painkillers
for
two
weeks
and
I
thought
I
had
another
leg
vein
thrombosis.
So
I
went
to
the
hospital
and
had
myself
examined.
Fortunately,
no
further
leg
vein
thrombosis.
But
severe
tendonitis
in
both
legs.
The
extreme
rolling
of
the
MBT
shoe
can
cause
overload
and
inflammation
of
the
tendon
system
if
used
alone
and
frequently,
as
it
represents
an
unnatural
movement.
Comparable,
for
example,
if
you
constantly
overload
your
hand
with
“scissor
movements”.
I'm
not
a
doctor.
So
please
don't
laugh
at
my
language.
But
that's
just
how
I
imagine
the
process.
Then
I
bought
another
good
pair
of
normal
all-round
shoes
and
discovered
back
exercises
for
myself.
Lo
and
behold,
two
weeks
later
I
am
completely
pain-free
again.
And
thanks
to
the
daily
back
exercises,
I
feel
better
than
before.
Conclusion:
A
lot
of
money
wasted
on
the
two
MBT
shoes.
Never
again.
Keep
your
“feet”
away
from
this
trendy
nonsense.
Walk
barefoot
every
now
and
then
and
invest
in
good,
conventional
branded
shoes
and
do
back
exercises
(there
are
good
videos
about
this
on
YouTube).
That
definitely
helps
more.
