If I could I would have given a zero. The clinic has no people skills. We were not allowed to see our dog after they took him from us. They did not want me to be with him while they were taking the x-rays. Although we gave 2 numbers they didn't call us during the night to say our dog died. I called the next morning and they said they will call me later back. The person then called to say he died during the night. We have paid 500€ for an evening and they didn't had the decency to call and inform us he died. Please please please don't take your dog there. It is only about money. They don't care about you or the dog.

I understand that as an emergency comes you have the need to prioritize one dog over others, but in my case, they took my dog for an hour almost and didn’t give me any feedback regarding status of any case. It was just until I came inside and ask, because I was worried sick, they told me they had an emergency coming in and apparently no other personal could have come and bring me my dog back until it was her turn again. They took no consideration on making the experience for the my dog less traumatic. My dog is a fearful dog, and it was in a huge amount of pain on the belly and they 1- took her without me, because they have this measures for COVID that no human owner can be present while examination, which in my opinion is a super bad way especially for a fearful dog. 2- who knows where they put here inside there while she was in pain and sick for an hour for nothing. This type of “care” of animal are against any animal rights. As professionals of care for animals they lack a bit of empathy towards the little beings that are brought for them to protect them and make them feel better. And also the toilet for customers is dirty

This was a disappointing first, and last, experience. We made an appointment for our dog, who they've never seen, and based on only our concerns about change in appetite and behavior, they scheduled an ultrasound. I was suspicious that they scheduled an expensive procedure without first doing an exam and blood test. We made the appointment anyway, so she would be seen. They asked us to come in at 12:30 and not to let her eat after midnight. That's late in the day. If an animal can't eat before a procedure, it should be in the morning. Still, we went. We sat in the parking lot waiting for two hours. Then we left. What terrible service.

The examination & advice concerning a cardiac problem was absolut professionelle. The explanation regarding the disease by the veterinary surgeon was described in detail, so all in all a good service, a little bit pricy, but recommendable.

My dog died last tuesday and it was hell to go through those last steps with her. She was so much in pain that she couldn't lie down, walk, stand up or sit anymore. It happened suddenly in the middle of the night on a tuesday and no veterinarian was open so we went to the clinic. We immediatedly got help and my dog got pain medication. She could stay there for more tests and sadly it turned out that her age and athrosis had gotten so bad that she wouldn't recover even with pain medication. So we had to say goodbye. The clinic personal was super nice, sympathetic and professional and I'm glad they stood at our side in this process. Thank you.

Professional veterinarians, wide range of specialties. Was send there from 50 km away.

I recommend this animal clinic highly. Completely empathetic team when we found out our cat had advanced cancer and needed to go over the rainbow bridge, they definitely did their best for her and didn't offer any unnecessary tests for therapies. The tests were more advanced than our general vet offered. The price is definitely fair for the quality of care.

The practice itself is quite lovely and welcoming. We brought in our cat to be looked at as she was really sick and the doctor took his time to explain the situation, the possibilities, the outlooks, and was REAL and HONEST about the cost of things - treatment costs money. Operations cost money. You have to understand that so many factors come into play when it comes to the calculation, and I'm not upset with them for requesting what's owed because I certainly can't treat my cat on my own. The team was friendly and patient and gave us all the time we needed to figure out how we wanted to proceed. I would certainly recommend them because to me, they seem like they care.

My dog had a slipped disc and we took her in to have it operated on. She is highly anxious but they were fantastic with her and to our surprise she was able to walk the next day. When her dressings were changed at our regular vets a few days later even the vet was impressed by the neatness of the incision and the lack of bruising etc . They are expensive but well worth the money!
