    We went up in the balloon in the Eifel at sunrise, the wind took us east over the Rursee. The weather was excellent and the views were breathtaking! Volker exudes incredible calm and was able to take away any discomfort from me at the beginning, so that I was able to climb into the basket without wobbly knees. This trip was simply priceless and will remain in my memory for a long time!

Erst konnte man keinen erreichen, danach wurde man nicht ernst genommen und zum anschließenden Wunsch auf Stornierung wurde man bedroht. Als ich meine Meinung äußern wollte, wurde mir gesagt ich dürfe nicht mehr am Flug teilnehmen, sollte ein neuer Termin gefunden werden und man verlangte von mir, dass ich mich entschuldige. Das Fehlverhalten ging ganz klar vom Unternehmen aus und als ich die Frau darauf hinweisen wollte, legte sie auf und meine Nummer wurde blockiert. Einige Tage später kam ein Anruf für einen neuen Termin, an dem ich plötzlich wieder teilnehmen dürfe, allerdings sehe ich es nach so einem Fehlverhalten nicht ein mein Geld in diesen Flug zu inverstieren.

Ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, alle haben das selbe Problem, aber wegen Corona gilt das Verfallsdatum auch nicht mehr. Ich soll mich irgendwann wieder melden. Heute am Telefon sah das anders aus: Angeblich hätte ich nie dort angerufen, sie würden alle Anrufe dokumentieren und Nummern und Namen aufschreiben (unsere private Nummer ist anonym... Wie kann man sich eine unbekannte Nummer eigentlich aufschreiben, wenn man nicht nachfragt?) Nun ja, eigentlich wollte ich neue Gutscheine kaufen, einen Termin ausmachen und fragen, wie das mit der Verlängerung von meinem Gutschein aussieht. Ich durfte nicht mal einen Satz ausreden.. Es geht sich auch nicht darum, dass der Gutschein abgelaufen ist und ich es in Ihren Augen verpasst habe, anzurufen. Ich finde es nur Schade, dass KUNDENSERVICE bei Ihnen soooo klein geschrieben wird und bin geschockt, was es für unhöfliche Menschen gibt.. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt..     Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Unternehmen. Wir haben vor einiger Zeit zwei Gutscheine geschenkt bekommen, hatten auch einen Termin den wir leider absagen mussten. Meine Frau ist an Krebs erkrankt, somit hatten wir andere Sorgen. Dann kam Corona .... Wegen der Corona Pandemie konnte nicht geflogen ( fahren ) werden. Habe Anfang der Pandemie angerufen, man sagte mir, ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, der Gutschein gilt weiter und das Verfallsdatum verlängert sich. Ich sollte mich dieses Jahr melden, um einen neuen Termin zu finden, was ich auch gemacht habe. Inzwischen geht es meine Frau besser, wir wollten die Gutscheine einlösen. Die Dame am Telefon war so unverschämt und unfreundlich, sagte die Gutscheine wären letztes Jahr abgelaufen. Obwohl ich letztes Jahr zu hören bekommen habe, das nicht geflogen wird und die Gutscheine weiter gelten.     Today, after a good 4 years, the time had finally come for our first flight (ride) with a hot air balloon. Unfortunately, the first two dates were canceled due to bad weather conditions, then, as we know, Corona came. I can't understand some of the reviews here. Despite Corona, we contacted you every year to ask when flights would be possible again. What should the company do, call after all open vouchers. and ask when it's right? ...you do that out of your own interest. I just can't understand why people complain about weather-related outages... if you do a little research, and yes, you can do that on Google, you will find that very specific weather conditions MUST exist. Our appointment for yesterday evening was postponed again until this morning at short notice. And even then, contrary to the weather forecasts, there was significantly more wind than was forecast. And too much wind can lead to serious problems, especially when setting up/starting. So, now to the actual recession. We are/were absolutely satisfied with the Montgolfiera company and team. From making the appointment to landing/baptism. We will definitely go again. For me, a long dream came true to glide silently through the air despite my absolute fear of heights. Simply fantastic. Thank you for that. And no, this recession was not purchased nor am I related or related by marriage to anyone at Montgolfiera.

    Our balloon ride was on June 16th. Volker and his team are very friendly and give you a feeling of security. No flights will be made if the weather threatens the safety of passengers and this is only to protect everyone! The trip was beautiful and setting up and dismantling together was great.     We set off from Nickenich with Markus. Unfortunately there was almost no wind, but this gave us the opportunity to take a very intensive and, above all, noiseless look at Lake Laach. On our further way towards the Nürburgring we drove over a weir. From there we were warmly welcomed by interested citizens. The landing was the “special” thing: the basket tips to the side in slow motion due to the wind, and the guests were then lying in the basket! That helped a lot when I got out - a young man literally gave me a hand. Markus was the perfect pilot and I would drive with him again at any time. A great experience and highly recommended.     Wir hatten eine wundervolle Ballonfahrt bei Sonnenaufgang über die Eifel, die uns noch lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben wird! Definitiv eine Empfehlung für besondere Anlässe oder solche, die es noch werden sollen. Man sollte etwas Zeit und Spontanität mitbringen für die Terminplanung, da Wind und Wetter nun mal mitspielen müssen. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team um Volker Elsen!     My balloon ride 🎈 was on May 28th, 2023, starting from Brückenkopfpark in Jülich. Volker and his team are very professional, very friendly and they put safety first. A trip can sometimes be postponed due to weather if the weather could endanger safety. Our trip started after the balloon had been put into operation for about an hour and lasted about a quarter of an hour. Building the balloon together, the ride in sunny weather, the perfect landing and dismantling followed by the baptism with "Earth, Fire and Water" were an extraordinary experience!!!     Unfassbar tolles Team. Wir haben sofort Termine vereinbart, die aufgrund des Wetters zwar die ersten 2 Male abgesagt werden mussten, aber trotzdem das Team bemüht war, schnellstmöglich Ersatztermine zu finden. Vor allem war das Team so unfassbar hilfsbereit und kompetent, dass meinem 90-jährigen Großvater der Herzenswunsch erfüllt wurde, diese Fahrt machen zu können. Dafür im Namen der ganzen Familie noch einmal ein Dankeschön!!! Beim 100. Geburtstag sind die wir wieder dabei 😀

I am very satisfied with the company. The vouchers arrived decorated to match the occasion. It includes the voucher, the actual ticket and the conditions of carriage, which contain all the rules regarding the balloon flight, as well as the deadlines for the redemption period (3 years). The appointment was made easily over the phone. However, you should note that the date cannot be guaranteed, as a safe balloon ride depends on many factors (wind, temperature, etc.). But now to the actual journey. The flight took off from Aachen Merzbrück airfield. After a short safety briefing and setting up the balloon together, we started off. The wind took us via Würselen to the city center of Aachen. The trip went over the Elisenbrunnen, the Aachen town hall and the cathedral. We finally landed in Gemmenich, near the border triangle. After the balloon was dismantled together with the pilot and the pursuer, there was a balloon christening including a certificate as a souvenir. We were then taken back to the starting point. The entire balloon team left a very professional impression during the trip. It certainly wasn't the last time I went along.
