1st attempt for a PCR test: sent away at 1 p.m. because it was too crowded. Apparently no more testing options until 3 p.m. Then you close. So another day of uncertainty. If you have mild cold symptoms, you are not allowed to go to many other citizen testing centers. So we went again the next day, earlier this time. PCR test after 4 (!) hours of waiting despite a relatively clear queue. Reason: all hospital employees, citizen tests and families with children are given priority. Incalculable for those waiting. Countless people who were obviously infected and wanted to be tested left the queue early due to the waiting time and are now probably spreading the virus. In the evening the positive test result via SMS. Good thing: despite many tests, the result came within a few hours! Unfortunately, I did not receive a QR code for recording in the Corona warning app. The staff was very nice, the medical report, which was sent by post after a week, was professional and understandable - they even tested for virus variants. Unfortunately, the organizational debacle overshadowed this. Almost 2 years after the start of the pandemic, such processes should simply be better under control. I therefore only recommend this test center to people for whom a 4-hour waiting time is not a problem or who are flexible enough to only come when there is no line at all.

Queuing for over 3 hours in the rain and cold for a PCR test!! I can hardly contain my anger at how someone who is already sick can be kept waiting in the cold for so long and all the employees keep coming. Absolutely unbelievable, anyone who gets tested here should come well before opening time or better around midday to avoid immensely long queues for the PCR test. I arrived at nine and was out after twelve... Please organize a little better or divide up how many places the clinic employees get, but don't keep letting everyone in while the long line is waiting.

Stood in line (PCR) for 3 hours and froze, only to be checked in at the “reception”. Then everything happened very quickly, the test person was very rude. The test result came the next morning, but an incomplete SMS with an unclear message. 1 hour later I got a call saying that I already knew what the result would be with clarification according to the protocol (read). I still don't have a good result for the employer.

It's impossible how the security staff treat hospital staff. Even though I was there on time, I wasn't tested because I didn't have an email from KPM. In addition, according to security, the MAs are only tested between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. (according to the internet/signs on site, the opening times for MA are between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. 🤷🏻‍♂️). P.S. I am the 1st contact of a person who tested positive.

Was just there, around 1:10 p.m. There were about 10 people in line at the beginning, but things are moving very slowly. About 5 people in half an hour. Waiting is outside, covered, but no seating - stupid if you have a cold/symptoms.

I stood in line because I was a contact of a positive person and had to wait almost 4 hours in the cold to get a PCR test. Since I already had initial cold symptoms, this wasn't exactly helpful. Given the current temperatures, it wouldn't be too much to ask to at least put up a few patio heaters so that you don't get even sicker. Sometimes people “give up” after waiting in the cold for 2 hours because they simply can’t physically do it. After such a long pandemic, this is just sad!

I was there right at 9am to take a pcr test. However, I didn't inform myself properly because citizens don't get their turn until 12 p.m. However, I was still allowed to stand in the public queue and only had to wait 20 minutes. Every now and then, citizens were let in before the hospital staff. Everyone was incredibly nice!!

(Translated by Google) Little relevant information on site! 0-17 year olds are allowed to take the second line to the right of the building. They also belong to the children's group, the snake here is puny. Many do not know this and stand LONG SNAKE with the adults. No stress! Some people just don't know distance. Much grumbling The security officer on site makes an effort. Every now and then hand out masks for refreshment. Long queue! Hardly any shade, blazing sun! No way to get something to drink. WOMAN AT THE REGISTRATION super unfriendly and annoyed. Overwhelmed?

The organization of the “security team” at the entrance was below anything I have ever experienced. Unfriendly, rude, incompetent. Furthermore, you stood in line outside for over 2 hours to get into the building for testing, with an outside temperature of 2 degrees. If you didn't have Corona, then at least pneumonia afterwards. Unreasonable and not recommended. In addition, we had ourselves tested on Friday at 2 p.m. and still had no result at 8:45 a.m. on Monday morning.

Citizen test (“quick” test) No electronic feedback system. Forever waiting times (even though there were only two people in line) until a security guard managed to write down the name and address. Then wait outside the door until after 20 minutes? 30 min? Or maybe the test result will come at some point. It's a shame that this is the quality level of a university hospital. Not recommendable

Only go for the PCR test after 12 p.m.! I was there at 9 a.m. and the line basically didn't move at all until 10 a.m. After that, progress was very slow because the clinic employees were allowed in more often than the others. I was inside around 11 a.m. The staff in the infection protection center were very friendly!

Disgusting place! It’s snowing and 0° degree today, I waited 40mins outside and didn’t even get into the reception building. I had my appointment at 9am to get second pox vaccination, I arrived on time and there’s only 6 people in front of me. At 9:40am by the time I decided to leave there’s still 2 people in front of me WAITING OUTSIDE IN COLD AT 0° DEGREE!!! Staff came out at 9:35am to hand some forms for me to fill, my hands were literally frozen and cannot write anymore, eventually I torn up the paper and left. As a medical institution, I don’t understand how they can’t treat clients like prisoners, specially when they are still asking clients to share all personal data for medical study.

(Translated by Google) Was there yesterday - closed, wsh because of Shrove Monday? In any case, it wasn't on the internet and there wasn't a note anywhere on site either. Then again today - spontaneously only staff is tested - that means nothing again today. I should come again tomorrow (Original) War gestern da - geschlossen, wsh wegen Rosenmontag? (Translated by Google) I had a Covid-19 test here and was lucky that there was no line in front of the center. The test went quickly and you could briefly chat with the doctor. The transmission of my negative test was quick and via SMS. Can only talk about good experiences! (Translated by Google) Due to a message from the Corona app, we had to have a test carried out at short notice. The entire process, from the preparatory app to the smear-taking and the speed with which the result was there, are admirable. I also take my hat off to the staff, who are currently doing a mammoth logistical task every day !! Respect!!!! Respekt!!!!

(Translated by Google) Overall the experience was ok. Unfortunately it took me almost 2 hours to get my turn. At first I stood outside for 1:10 hours with a light wind, enough distance, cloudy sky and some sun, so a 7/10 (round 1 of the screenshot). After I was finally in the infection protection center, I stood around for another 20 minutes, but there with significantly less distance, so more people in the immediate vicinity and without a relaxing breeze, therefore only 5/10 (round 2 of the screenshot). Registration, a short stay in the waiting room and the test were okay, the entire staff was very nice and courteous, the score was 9/10. If you also plan a test between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on weekdays, you should bring enough time and preferably an FFP2 mask with you so that you do not become infected with others on site. In fact, I have seen almost exclusively self-sewn or purchased fabric masks, which unfortunately only gives 2/10 for the other "guests". Overall, I would give 6/10, i.e. 3 out of 5 stars in Google. Have fun with your stay and the final smear (for the whole family).
