The
store
is
massive
and
it
has
a
wide
range
of
products.

Unfortunately
the
customer
service
and
support
is
terrible.
😔
A
short
time
ago,
we
were
leasing
out
a
hammer
drill,
which
didn't
go
the
way
we
all
expected.
Upon
arriving
at
the
customer
center,
the
waiting
times
were
higher
than
usual.
We've
got
a
brief
instruction,
paid
the
deposit
and
went
our
way.
Unfortunately,
we
caused
a
minor
damage
on
the
drill
(damaged
the
electrical
connector
-
would
be
a
simple
cable
replacement
in
my
country
and
simply
that's
it,
but
this
is
Germany
and
the
German
mentality
is
different).
The
communication,
sarcasm
and
ALL
future
denials
for
any
kind
of
equipment
rental
were
shocking
to
me.
I've
never
seen
a
policy
like
this,
which
prohibits
any
future
rentals
from
the
company.
I
looked
at
the
website
for
any
policies
like
this,
didn't
find
anything
regarding
rentals,
no
policies
nothing
at
all.
This
incident
and
the
denial
afterwards
seriously
delayed
our
project
works
within
our
company.
It
resulted
for
us,
having
to
BUY
an
equipment,
which
we
won't
use
often
at
all.
Our
company
does
logistics
not
construction.
We
bought
the
hammer
drill
online,
our
HQ
paid
for
it
online
and
I
had
to
go
to
this
location
for
the
3rd
time
to
pick
it
up.
When
picking
up
my
purchase
the
sales
women
asks
me
with
sarcasm,
can
she
help
me
with
anything
else?
Well
no,
I
had
enough
of
this.
At
least
3
times
already
in
the
store,
first
the
rental,
second
time
the
explanations,
third
time
the
purchase
pickup.
Really
bad
experience
and
don't
wish
this
hassle
to
anyone.
In
the
end,
partially
due
to
this
situation,
my
corporate
trip
had
to
be
extended,
which
resulted
in
additional
costs.
Unfortunately
with
the
extended
trip,
we
still
failed
to
finish
our
corporate
project.
Therefore
we
must-have
another
corporate
trip
to
Cologne
in
the
future.
