A cosy cafe at Köln Arcaden. It doesn't reflect the name, as I thought there will be more chocolate based food, nevertheless it offers good breakfast and cakes selection. The service is friendly and fast. I have been here a few times and hope to see you there too ⭐️

One of the best Cafes in Cologne Nice Atmosphere and friendly Workers

Very bad brunch experience. The food itself took 45+ minutes to arrive. We were four people and they waiters got out orders wrong four different times, including when we asked for them again (wrong type of coffee and three wrong dishes!) The Brötchen were not of the day, we had to ask multiple times to get some fresh ones. The rest of the food was meh. The manager even came to apologize for the chaos. It was one of the worst service experience I've ever had.

Finally we are here! Cosy and lovely atmosphere! The waiter is very friendly, chocolate Dream’s special cake tastes good, coffee is also ok, I love that they serve extra warm milk! Lovely!

Really rude service, I don't recommend this place. I know it's all about the money, bit this was really bad experience. Just advice for waitress, you can find another place to work when you're not happy there.

The service was absolutely terrible. We walked in and nobody noticed, they had their backs turned to us and were just chatting with one another. The food was more than a disappointment, it is definitely NOT worth the price and tastes very bland. The portions are also very small. It is also boiling hot in there and they have no fan or air conditioning. My friend waited for her pancakes for so long after we all got our food, turns out they were just sitting out on the counter and the server forgot to bring them to us. We were more than disappointed, definitely won’t be coming back. It was a waste of time and money.

Cakes and sandwiches was great .. and very good staff too .. recommended place to sit and spend a good time .. On saturdays it opens till 12 night.. on top of all .. they provide Halal food..

I've been to Chocolate Dream a couple of times now, and I must say, the food is absolutely delicious. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food you receive. However, I have to mention that the service can be a bit unfriendly at times. It's not a deal-breaker, but it would definitely enhance the overall experience if the staff were a bit more welcoming. Despite the service hiccup, I still totally recommend this place for its scrumptious food and wallet-friendly prices.
