Took 10 adult swimming lessons here @ cost of about €250. The teachers are patient & good trainers. Downside: Adult swimming course is more expensive here. Lessons were once a week @ night. If you are unable to attend a lesson, they demand you inform them a week in advance or you forfeit that lesson. This in my opinion was unrealistic. They also don't inform you of this rule until after you missed a lesson or call to inform you can't make it. Thus was denied 2 of my lessons.

I have been attending Aqua Vitalis for a few months and ended up terminating my contract because my daughter had a major accident recently and is unable to attend swim classes for the foreseeable future. The agent in charge of the swim courses was unwilling to proactively cancel our courses even though I told her my daughter is medically not capable of attending the remaining classes. I understand the contract terms yet was hoping for compassion under the circumstances. Unfortunately that was not the case and we not only have to pay for upcoming classes that we can’t attend, but we also lose out on the numerous classes that we have banked because those also expire when our contract ends. Be aware that if you enter into a contract here there will be no understand or compassion for emergency situations. We are very disappointed with this company and their policies.

I tore my cruciate ligament two years ago and have had constant pain ever since. I had previously been to two other practices and was very dissatisfied there, as it felt like the work/massage was only passive, without any notable success. My partner recommended Ibrahim to me in this practice. We almost exclusively worked actively and things have really gotten better and better since then. I'm really glad that I got to Ibo and grateful that he takes his job very seriously. I have been almost pain-free for three months and am still doing the exercises he gave me at home.
