I
recently
tried
the
online
offer
due
to
corona.
Although
the
course
description
says
that
the
class
is
also
suitable
for
beginners,
it
was
very
clear
that
the
participants
in
the
studio
were
at
least
advanced
and
followed
the
instructions
of
the
trainer
quickly,
while
I
still
had
to
sort
my
limbs
at
home.
The
trainer
himself
didn't
do
the
exercises,
so
it
was
almost
impossible
to
keep
up
with
online.
And
apart
from
a
brief
greeting
and
farewell,
you
were
virtually
non-existent
as
a
virtual
participant.
A
laptop
with
zoom
is
simply
placed
in
the
classroom.
There
are
better
videos
on
YouTube
that
you
can
watch
and
join
for
free.
The
training
itself
reminded
me
more
of
a
military
sports
unit,
in
which
the
"orders"
were
tight
and
had
to
be
carried
out
quickly.
However,
this
seems
to
be
ok
for
the
participants
on
site.
I
have
had
other
experiences
in
yoga
classes.
Another
thing
that
struck
me
negatively
is
the
enormous
temperature
thing!
In
the
context
of
climate
change,
I
do
not
consider
it
particularly
exemplary
or
sensible
to
heat
the
interior
to
39
degrees
in
summer
and
winter.
In
my
opinion,
this
has
very
little
to
do
with
the
yoga
philosophy
of
harmony
with
nature
and
mindfulness.
Especially
since
air
filters
etc.
also
have
to
run.
All
in
all
more
of
a
hip
("tight")
yoga
temple
for
city
dwellers
as
a
true
unity
of
body,
soul
and
environment.
It's
a
shame,
but
if
you
like
it
:)
The
online
offer
is
only
suitable
for
participants
who
know
the
course
and
occasionally
want
or
need
to
train
at
home.
(Original)
Ich
habe
vor
kurzem
coronabedingt
das
Onlineangebot
ausprobiert.
Obwohl
in
der
Kursbeschreibung
steht,
die
Klasse
sei
auch
für
Anfänger
geeignet,
war
es
doch
sehr
deutlich,
dass
die
im
Studio
anwesenden
Teilnehmer*innen
mindestens
fortgeschritten
waren
und
den
Anweisungen
des
Trainers
zügig
folgten,
während
ich
zu
Hause
noch
meine
Glieder
sortieren
musste.
Der
Trainer
selbst
machte
die
Übungen
nicht
vor,
so
dass
es
fast
unmöglich
war
online
mitzukommen.
Und
außer
einer
kurzen
Begrüßung
sowie
Verabschiedung
war
man
als
virtueller
Teilnehmer
quasi
nicht
vorhanden.
Es
wird
eben
einfach
nur
ein
Laptop
mit
zoom
in
den
Kursraum
gestellt.
Da
gibt
es
auf
YouTube
bessere
Videos,
die
man
kostenlos
ansehen
und
mitmachen
kann.
Das
Training
selbst
erinnerte
mich
eher
an
eine
militärische
Sporteinheit,
bei
dem
die
"Befehle"
knapp
fielen
und
zügig
ausgeführt
werden
mussten.
Dies
scheint
jedoch
für
die
Teilnehmer*innen
vor
Ort
ok
zu
sein.
Ich
habe
da
andere
Erfahrungen
in
Yogakursen
gemacht.
Eine
andere
Sache,
die
mir
negativ
auffiel
ist
die
Sache
mit
der
enormen
Temperatur!
Ich
halte
es
im
Zeichen
des
Klimawandels
nicht
gerade
vorbildlich
und
sinnvoll,
Sommer
wie
Winter
die
Innenräume
auf
39
Grad
zu
heizen.
Das
hat
meiner
Meinung
nach
sehr
wenig
mit
der
Yoga
Philosophie
von
Einklang
mit
der
Natur
und
Achtsamkeit
zu
tun.
Zumal
zusätzlich
noch
Luftfilter
etc.
laufen
müssen.
Alles
in
allem
eher
ein
hipper
("tighter")
Yogatempel
für
Großstädter*innen
als
wahrhaftige
Einheit
von
Körper,
Seele
und
Umwelt.
Schade,
aber
wer's
mag
:)
Das
Onlineangebot
ist
höchstens
für
Teilnehmer*innen
geeignet,
die
den
Kurs
kennen
und
gelegentlich
zu
hause
trainieren
wollen
oder
müssen.
