I
made
an
appointment
and
went
in
to
replace
my
battery.
Unfortunately,
when
I
said
that
the
battery
I
wanted
to
replace
was
from
a
non-authorized
dealer,
the
lady
who
served
me
became
extremely
rude.
After
she
implied
extremely
forcefully
and
animatedly
that
non-authorized
batteries
are
incredibly
dangerous,
told
me
there
was
a
50-50
chance
that
the
phone
would
not
be
salvageable
and
that
I
would
have
to
pay
€395
to
replace
it
with
a
reconditioned
6s
(as
if
replacing
it
with
an
11
wasn’t
an
option),
I
objected.
She
stormed
off,
came
back
with
two
men
who
seemed
to
act
as
bodyguards,
personally
insulted
me,
and
told
me
she
would
have
changed
the
battery
but
now
she
wouldn’t.
The
two
men
confirmed
they
couldn’t
change
the
battery
for
safety
reasons,
seemed
to
try
to
help
me
optimize
the
settings
so
that
the
battery
would
last
longer.
I
was
in
complete
disbelief
and
it
took
me
some
minutes
to
comprehend
what
was
happening.
I
have
an
iMac,
an
iPad
and
an
iPhone
and
I
can’t
believe
l
could
be
treated
like
that.
All
l
can
say
is
that
if
you
want
to
be
insulted,
bombarded
with
lies,
humiliated
and
treated
as
an
untermensch,
this
is
the
place
for
you.
Vile,
obscene,
disgusting
service.
