A very knowledgeable consultant greeted me in a friendly manner in the shop and never gave me even the hint of time pressure. She willingly explained every little detail about the watches to me. Not Munich, Berlin or Frankfurt, but Cologne, otherwise somewhat provincial in the world of luxury watches, is the new home of the first and only Tudor boutique in Germany. Crazy, I thought I had to go there and on Saturday it was my third visit there to pick up the Tudor Royal I had ordered and longed for. Mechanical watches have been my hobby for 30 years and I have noticed one thing on every visit: Not only are watches sold here, but a young sales team is burning with passion for the Tudor brand; Here every detail is explained enthusiastically and shines with specialist knowledge. All models are available for viewing and are well explained, great. Where stiff concessionaires celebrate the purchase of a watch with a glass of champagne, here, according to the Tudor motto “Born to dare”, the purchase of a watch is celebrated with laughter and real joy for the new owner... Crazy! I recommend a visit there to every fan of the brand, my thanks go out Ms. Monte for the great pick-up process.

Super Location für gute und professionelle Uhren mit Wert. Location gepflegt und sauber. Direkt in der City von Köln. Aufmachung sehr ansprechend, leider nur ein bisschen zu klein. Betreuung und Beratung von Frau Monte super. Man merkt Ihren Spaß an diesen Uhren. Für die Beratung wurde sich Zeit genommen. Man konnte in Ruhe alles anprobieren und sich wohlfühlen. After making an appointment a week before by email with Laura to visit the Tudor boutique for the BB58 bronze “boutique only” edition I was welcomed in a very nice way on my arrival today. Laura is very kind and helpful as she took out the test&fit watch for me. She adjusted the bracelet and let me try it on. After a few seconds I was convinced I wanted to order. Carefully she adjusted the bracelet of my new watch for me and while completing payment my wife also found a watch she liked. Laura again helped us in such a friendly way, you can only hope for while visiting a jewelry business. After also adjusting my wife’s bracelet and giving all the info that comes with the purchase, we were thanked kindly for our purchases and were shown out. My compliments for Laura for helping us, serving us and selling to us. Her way of serving clients is outstanding. I can advise anyone to come and shop at Laura.

Great store and Laura is very kind and knowledgable. Both she and the other employee working at the Tudor store are what i would call true watch aficionados. I had my Tudor blackbay ETA serviced at their shop and received a watch that might have been new. Perfectly done by the watchmakers. If you are in Cologne, make sure to visit the store (near the dom) and if you are planning to buy a luxury watch, let it be a Tudor ;) 10/10 Will visit again and might even buy a second Tudor there!

Very pleasant staff, extremely friendly with good specialist knowledge. I only had my bracelet shortened, but was allowed to look at and try on all the watches while I was there. Since it is a Tudor boutique, I was also able to look at and touch the BB 58 Bronze, a very nice experience.

This was my second visit to the Tudor Boutique in Cologne yesterday. I was greeted very friendly by a member of staff. Since I had an appointment with Ms. Monte and was a little early, the waiting time was shortened with a delicious coffee. I have to say it was a great experience. Ms. Monte introduced me to all of the recent new releases in great detail. What should be specifically mentioned here is Ms. Monte's friendliness and professional expertise; I have rarely experienced that. Among other things, we came across the Black Bay Pro (see the photos). An exciting GMT tool watch with fine adjustment in the clasp for which I am now on the list of interested parties. Well I think that wasn't my last visit there. I hope that they continue on this path because buying watches is fun and an experience.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich bedient, durfte mir die Uhr ansehen und anprobieren und es wurden sämtliche Fragen überaus freundlich von Frau Monte beantwortet. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und war ein tolles Erlebnis. Ich freue mich riesig auf die Uhr !

Was die Freundlichkeit angeht, stimme ich auf jeden Fall den anderen Rezensoren zu. Wurde sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Allerdings war ich mit der Abwicklung meines Anliegens alles Andere als zufrieden. Ich habe eine gut 10 Monate alte Pepsi GMT am Lederarmband (vom AD). Am Armband löst sich die Kantengummierung ab, was ich nicht unbedingt schön finde und bei solch einer Uhr auch zu früh. Auf Nachfrage sagte ich der Verkäuferin, das ich die Ihr ca. 20% trage. Sprich wir reden von einer netto Tragezeit von (aufgerundet) 3 Monaten. Mir wurde erklärt, dass sei Verschleiß und man könne hier nur ein neues Armband bestellen (kostenpflichtig). Mich nach 3 Monaten Tragezeit mit Verschleiß und Neukauf eines Armbands „abzuspeisen“, finde ich bei einer Uhr der Preisklasse enttäuschend. Trotz der Freundlichkeit kam ich mir abgewimmelt vor.
