Unfortunately, I have ended up here three times now. Everyone should be aware that here (as in every emergency room) treatment is based on urgency and that if you have a rash, stomach ache or other minor problems, you will of course have to expect a certain waiting time. You shouldn't actually show up for this. I can't say anything negative about the doctors and nursing staff, only the lady at the registration desk (not at the front, but behind the second glass door) made it into my top 5 of the unfriendly people I've ever met. You're already feeling bad and the lady gives you the feeling that you're an unwanted parasite. You don’t even get a “hello” from her.

I'm happy to live around the corner here. If something happens, you can put yourself in good hands. Great team that has my trust and has always treated me competently and friendly.

I can't understand the bad reviews here at all. I ended up in the emergency room today and looking back I couldn't imagine how things could have gone better. The nursing team was super attentive. They took great care of me and were very protective and attentive. Although the doctor was alone on the ward on Sunday and had to carry out an operation, she personally informed me that it might still be a while before she could see me and asked personally whether I could stand the waiting time and whether I needed and had painkillers offered me water. I then received a very competent examination and advice. I would definitely recommend the hospital!

I was in the monastery for two days in a row. Suddenly severe tinnitus, dizziness, nausea, constant drinking of water, etc. I felt really, really bad because I was barely conscious. Even though they couldn't help me directly with my acute concerns, we found that the doctor from the first visit (Dr. Zucker) was very committed and competent! He took me and my complaints seriously and really checked everything (except for the ENT area). So we received 2 other diagnoses that I would not have expected. Even though I still haven't recovered, I would like to thank Dr. from the bottom of my heart. Zucker, who listened to my complaints! Most other doctors want to get rid of you

Emergency room visit for acute heart problems. The examinations and treatment did not go as expected. Nurses were completely uninterested in the patient and the doctor probably didn't have time for all the patients. I will never use this emergency room again.

Hygienic conditions and treatment as recently experienced in Somalia. However, even more attention is paid to the Covid regulations. Disinfect hands? Overrated! Privacy and shame of the patient? Unnecessary luxury! Patient information? Yes, but only if he has the audacity to ask and probe. The staff is extremely unfriendly, rude and incompetent, both professionally and socially. But as soon as you leave the room, they have a lot of fun with each other, laugh a lot and have fun. "What fun at a funeral" :( I hope that this emergency room will be closed soon, that the staff will be put on the street and that the money will go to the emergency rooms that still take their responsibility and their work seriously. It's a shame that something like this is allowed to exist in the middle of Europe.
