Had
click
and
collect,
thought
that
it
would
be
simply
go
to
the
teller,
tell
em
my
order,
they
had
it
for
me
there
(it
was
5
small
vases),
pay
and
leave.
No,
it
doesn't
quite
work
like
that
here.
They
had
the
same
person
doing
3
things:
get
customers
orders,
get
the
customers
to
pay
for
those
orders
and
help
a
rookie
teller.
The
place
was
quite
busy
so
my
experience
was
wait
for
15
mins
to
get
my
order,
give
me
a
paper
with
it
and
ask
me
to
go
in
and
get
my
order
on
the
other
end,
find
an
employee
post
with
my
order
there,
pick
it
up
and
walk
all
the
way
back,
wait
in
line
then
for
paying
for
the
item
in
the
express
lane
(which
again
the
same
employee
is
doing
3
things),
pay
and
leave.
So
in
total
took
me
about
30
mins
to
pick
up
a
small
order
I
did
online.
I
think
it
would
have
been
much
faster
for
me
to
go
without
this,
find
the
vases,
pay
and
leave.
Something
it
a
bit
wrong
with
this
express
service.
To
not
mention
the
lack
of
information
about
where
the
click
and
collect
post
was.
